But one of the first advocacy journalists is Pete Santilli, who has been incarcerated in a Federal gulag for 372 days now for his film work and reporting at the Bundy ranch concerning all of the abuses that the BLM was doling out at first against the Bundy family, and then against the peaceful protesters that came to this God fearing family’s defense after watching the Pete Santilli shows livestream footage that aired on Fox News of an over aggressive out of control fed agency abusing American citizens. Pete’s footage exposed the BLM throwing Cliven Bundy’s sister Margaret Houston to the ground and Tazing Ammon Bundy 3 times for the so-called crime of trying to get answers from a BLM supervisor on why the BLM had a dump truck and backhoe in their caravan, considering the court order was just for rounding up the Bundy cattle. It was this footage that rallied the American people to help defend their neighbors against an out of control unconstitutional fed Agency.
Pete Santilli was arrested on January 26th, 2016 in Burns, Oregon, and charged with conspiracy, following his coverage and advocacy for protestors who attempted an adverse possession of the Malhuer Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon. After spending 8 months in a Multnomah County Oregon jail, the case against him would eventually be dismissed and never go to trial.
He is now being held in Parhump, Nevada, and is expected to go on trial in April or May of this year after being indicted on a charge of conspiracy, violent assault on a federal officer with a weapon (even though he never carried or even touched one) and extortion during what the mainstream media dubbed – The Bundy Ranch Standoff.

Thats a bunch of crap, the reason they don’t want journalists filming these protest is they don’t want the public to see the ugly things they do to the protesters, like spray them with water in freezing temperatures. These people have a right to peacefully protest and we have a right to see how it’s handled. The only reason the DOJ, or whoever would not want it filmed is they don’t want anyone to see ugly abusive way the Feds handle these protest especially when the protesters are right. We took most of the poor indians land, lied to them, killed most of their ancestors, stuck those left on reservations, treat them like dogs and now we want to pollute whats left. Hopefully that will change with the new man in charge. They need to be compensated for all the atrocities done to them and helped to get out of the shanties and poverty they live in. The government should be so ashamed.

I saw drone footage of them burning thier camps this morning. A lot more drone operators should be there! This is absolutely disgusting what they’re doing to the original and true owners of America.. And they’ve poisoned all the animals deliberately with pellets dropped from planes so ALL wildlife has been eating badger and rat poison. Thousands of birds ducks geese and hawks are already dead and they’re struggling to keep the livestock alive. And TRUMP IS DOING NOTHING. ! I didn’t expect him to allow this.. They can easily run this pipeline along the public roads away from freshwater private lakes.

April 1st 1978 Congress took illegal possession of all publicly owned land. Instead of the former proprietorship where the federal government merely managed public property, under the Carter Administration that was all changed. A greedy congress wanted the authority to sell or lease out public lands to strip miners, land developers and such. The government has since made a very lucrative business using our American assets. It was theft plain and simple. They understand once the veil of deceit is removed through media exposure the people will realize they’ve been had!
