The Huffing Paint Post says it’s all part of a campaign called #ReadMyLips “inviting women from around the world to write the president (you know that president they think is a pussy-grabbing, misogynistic pig who has zero respect for women) anyway, they’re gonna write him with their “convictions and concerns regarding women’s rights and health under Trump’s administration.”
Former SNL “specialty-prop fabricator” Dan Castelli reportedly crafted the sculpture.
Feminist social media platform Mogul reportedly commissioned the project after receiving a flood of hysterical messages from women following Trump’s election victory.
You remember those women…the ones who threatened to kill themselves, went on long tirades, cried for days and made a general fool of themselves because the political parasite they wanted in office didn’t make the federal reserve cut.
One of the readmylips organizers, Michelle Wen says, “By having the statue as this shape, it empowers women to be proud of their sexuality and bodies. Women have nothing to hide; we only have our determination, spirit and strong minds to be proud of.”
