Action Target unveils new PT Gong steel target series

Action Target expands its current line of steel targets to now include the PT Gong series, serving up a bevy of AR500 steel to plink.

The newest steel series from Action features the company’s system. This patented system is made of self-healing polymer capable of handling hundreds of rounds before requiring replacement. Gong targets hang from the unique polymer, adding durability and longevity to the overall system. Adjustable leg brackets allow shooters and range owners to quickly adjust each leg height, providing stability on multiple terrains.

As one of the largest buyers of steel in the world we are able to pass on our quality and low cost to our loyal customers and that is exactly what we have done in bringing these quality gongs to the market,” Chris Hess, Product Marketing Manager for Action Target, said in a press release.

The PT Gong series includes circles from 4-inches up to 18-inches, IPSC torsos for training and life-size boar, coyote and prairie dog animal shapes.

The Last Stand complete kit retails for $106 while standard, round steel targets are priced starting at $8.99 up to $109. The animal shapes start at $12.99 and continue upward of $100.
