I’m up in Northern Backwoods Wisconsin; even if it’s only windy, we lose all contact with civilization. We never lost internet, and I almost have to “climb up the pole” to get online. (remember “Green Acres”?)
Looks like NC is impervious to the outage. But then anyone who isn’t getting internet at this time wouldn’t know this.
