The Republican House Majority Whip, Steve Scalise, does not seem to be doing well in the hospital.

Two GOP congressmen told the media that Scalise had to have a second operation on Wednesday, after being shot in Arlington, VA, by James T. Hodgkinson during baseball practice for a Congressional Republican team.

It has been discovered that Hodgkinson is a staunch Bernie Sanders supporter and hates ‘Trump & Co.’

Haunting footage of the aftermath of the shooting has been released.

The hospital where the party whip is being treated released a statement.

MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, stated, “Rep. Scalise was critically injured and remains in critical condition. The other patient is in good condition.”

This information was posted before Scalise’s second operation.

Reporter Tom Hauser has said that Rep. Erik Paulsen said, “he visited Congressman Scalise in hospital. Says he had 2nd surgery and was in ICU…Paulsen says Scalise was unconscious and not able to talk to him. Tells me Scalise will likely need another surgery.”
