Acronyms... PTW, PTB, GVF, ET and UFOs

I am a mother of four in my mid 30′s and I have been told that I have some psychic abilities, mainly psychometry, paranormal, and lately remote viewing. Things come to me in the form of pictures in my mind, feelings and impressions, and sometimes sounds. I typically get them when asked to focus on specific objects or events. I clear my mind, think of the question or object and this blog is an example of what I get. This blog is a way for me to organize all my thoughts. Q. Hello. Apologies if this is a stupid question, but could you please explain “The Powers That Were (PTW)” vs. “The Powers That Be (PTB)”? When, exactly, did the PTB became / transition into the PTW? Who are these people, anyway? Are these the same people as the Cabal (which I don’t understand who / what this either)? 

A. The PTB, PTW and Cabal are interchangeable terms that refer to the same groups of people.  These are the people that have gained powerful influence through fear, money and illusion of control. These people often hide in the shadows, masking who they are while they pull their puppet strings.  Perception will become our reality, and our words have power (spell casting is very real).  The transition of saying that the “Powers Be” alludes they are actively in control, but by phrasing them in the past tense, “Powers Were” exudes the vibe that we the people are taking our control back.  Essentially we are using our words to manifest a better reality.

Q. The license plate of the car that mowed down those people in West Virginia was an Ohio plate GVF1111. It was raced back to his mothers address in Toledo. I started reaching it. I thought it might be a government plate. But then I searched GVF and found that this is a non-profit that is dedicated to bringing a linked low orbiting satellite array together. In fact I believe it is already in place and being expanded according to their site. This rang a bell, as Simon Parkes had recently warned of such a thing, and it wasn’t good, despite seeming like a benign communications system. GVF already has a contract with the defense department. When I looked at 1111, in my mind it divided into 11 11. Could this be a message about November 11 of this year. And is there a message being sent through symbolism on that plate?
A. I see the 1111 as a confirmation that you were on the right path, and further exploring the path will lead you to truth.  I don’t see things as coincidence, but rather synchronistic.  I get that the GVF, even though labelled as satellite technology / research, is really looking and analyzing ET and UFO activity.  The government has paired them with the military to research, study and reverse engineer ET technology.  

I see November 11th as significant in that a soft disclosure looks to occur.  Some countries will be very open, but others look to try to diminish the news.  I do get that if you look for the news, you will be able to see and find validation versus speculation.
