Lying McCain fails America again on Obamacare repeal

John McCain actually made repealing and replacing Obamacare a cornerstone of his 2016 reelection campaign

Friday was notable for John McCain reprising his previous showboating tactics honed in July when his was the vote that brought down legislation designed to repeal and replace Obamacare — an issue on which Republican leaders have promised their constituents they would deliver relief for seven years. It was such a compelling issue, McCain used it as the bedrock of his 2016 reelection campaign. But Arizona’s Senior Senator (ASS) has no core beliefs and usually sways with the Democrats when the votes are tallied.

Senate Minority Leader — liberal New Yorker — Chuck Schumer, called McCain’s defection “courageous.”

If ”courageous” McCain spent any appreciable time in Arizona or cared enough to be informed, he would know that premiums on Barack Obama’s signature heath care legislation have skyrocketed 116 percent in the state into which he carpetbagged to launch a fresh life and political career in the 1980s.

A bit of background on the unsavory McCain: He used the family connections of his then-new wife Cindy, to gain access to Charles H. Keating, Jr., chairman of Lincoln Savings and Loan, who became his benefactor. As a quid pro quo, McCain sought favors for Keating bringing in four Democrat senators to assist. All but two of those entangled in what became known as the Keating Five Scandal — a crisis which cost American taxpayers $3 billion, ended their careers. Only the carefully crafted “heroes” survived: Astronaut John Glenn and John McCain. Approximately 23,000 Lincoln bondholders were defrauded and many investors lost their life savings. The generous political contributions Keating had made to each of the senators, totaled $1.3 million.

With his second vote against repealing Obamacare on Friday, McCain said he could not “in good conscience” vote for the legislation. In actuality, he doesn’t have to concern himself with such mundane matters. He accesses the first class care for his malignant brain tumor at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.

Blaming his age and grim prognosis for his betrayal of the political party under whose banner he has made a name for himself is too simplistic. Younger and healthier, his collusions with the left on issues from amnesty for illegal invaders of the United States to campaign finance laws that benefited liberal candidates, have characterized him. In one minute, Tom DeLay, former House Majority Leader, clearly defined McCain in 2008. McCain’s deceit has only worsened in the intervening years. His obsessive jealousy and deep-rooted hatred of President Trump drives him today.
