The “all seeing eye” cannot be Lucifer. Lucifer, aka Satan, is a fallen angel, and he does not have the power of omnipresence or omniscience, to be all seeing by his presence or by his level of wisdom. Only Almighty God has those attributes. If anybody intended an “all seeing eye” to be Satan, they must have been suffering a brain fart, as that makes no sense, whatsoever.
Satan is very far from all seeing, is wise in the ways of the world and has had a lot of experience to trick mankind, but he is only not a knucklehead, because you’re a much bigger knucklehead, don’t live that long, and many die, still dumb and blind as rocks. Satan’s had thousands of years to hone his craft, that’s all. And, even so, he fails all the time, every day. Nor is he alive of the Holy Spirit, is blind to many things of God.
