Well...Here's a Whole New Level of Tyranny!!

The Virginia legislature cares so much about it’s people that they decided to manufacture another bogus crime in order to pin yet another frivolous felony on peaceful people who want to be trained in the use of a firearm in their pursuit to be prepared to defend themselves and their loved ones.

Senate Bill 64 will be offered in the first legislative session January 8^th 2020 and was just prefiled on nov. 21^st.

Here let’s just read from this little piece of constitution-trampling toilet paper.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 18.2-433.2 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 18.2-433.2. Paramilitary activity prohibited; penalty.

A person shall be is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity, punishable as a Class 5 felony

(what is a class 5 felony in the state of virginia, you ask? Class 5 felonies are “wobblers,” crimes that can be either a felony or a misdemeanor, depending on how the crime is charged and, sometimes, how the judge or jury decides to treat a conviction. Class 5 felonies in Virginia are punishable by:

• one to ten years in prison (when the conviction is a felony), or

• up to 12 months in jail and a fine of $2,500 (when the conviction is a misdemeanor).

So, A person shall be is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity, punishable as a Class 5 felony

if he:

1. Teaches or demonstrates to any other person the use, application, or making of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or

You know…this almost seems like something the British would have written against the colonists who ended up taking part in civil disobedience. Nah…the Virignia legislature wouldn’t take on the characteristics of the oppressive british crown would they?

2. Assembles with one or more persons for the purpose of training with, practicing with, or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, intending to employ such training for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or (Just training people how to use a firearm.)

3. Assembles with one or more persons with the intent of intimidating any person or group of persons by drilling, parading, or marching with any firearm,

Then it goes on to talk about determined periods of imprisonment.

Here’s the deal, if they pass this in virginia you will basically be considered by the state to be a criminal if you instruct someone in the use of a firearm…which makes me wonder…what if somebody produces a youtube video that offers training on the use of firearms. Will that video be prohibited? What if you invite some friends into your home to watch a firearms training video? Will you be guilty of violating SB 64? How far do they really wanna take this tyrannical move?

Guys…December 10^th is approaching fast. Youtube’s changing their terms of service and aim to eliminate channels that they consider to be “NOT COMMERCIALLY VIABLE.” A lot of your favorite channels are gonna disappear.
