Viral Video~Man Drags Great White Shark Back Into The Ocean

FOOTAGE of a Victorian man wrestling a washed up shark to get it back into the ocean has gone viral with over two million hits on YouTube.
Shane Cox who is filmed tugging at the tail of what he says is a Great White, told New Ltd that the vision was captured a few years back near Ninety Mile Beach in Seaspray, Victoria.

“I was fishing for Gummy sharks that day trying to get a feed for my family and friends and wasn’t expecting this great white to be on the line,” he said
“Just under the hour of fighting we seen it, was not expecting this at all I was able to get it washed up with the wave I removed the hook and I couldn’t leave this shark on the beach too (sic) die.
“I guess adrenalin and no brains I grabbed it and put it back in the ocean.”
In the two-minute video Mr Cox can be seen trying to coax the shark back towards the sea by grabbing its tail and dragging it through the waves as it thrashes about.
