صلاة (من كتاب نشيد الكون): تيّار دو شاردان اليسوعيّ

لأنّني مرّةً أخرى، يا ربّ، في هذه الأراضي البور في آسيا، وليس عندي لا خبز ولا خمر ولا مذبح. سأرتفع فوق كلّ الرموز نحو الجلال الصافي للوجود الحقيقيّ، لأقدّم لكَ، أنا كاهنُكَ، على مذبح الأرض بأسرها عمل العالم وشقائه.

أشرقت الشمس هنا، لتُنير أقصى أهداب هذا الشرق الأوّل. ومرّةً أخرى، تحتَ غطاء أنوارها المتحرِّك، يستيقظ سطح الأرض الحيّ، ويرتعش، ليبدأ ثانيةً جُهده المُخيف. سأضع على صينيّة الكأس، يا إلهي، الحصاد المُنتظَر لهذا الجهد الجديد، وسأسكب في كأسي، النسغ الّذي يخرج من كلّ فاكهةٍ ستُكسَر في هذا اليوم.

كأسي وصينيّتي هما أعماق روح تنفتح واسعةً لتحتوي كلّ القِوى الّتي سترتفع بعد لحظة، من كلّ أصقاع الأرض، لتتوجّه نحو الروح. لتأتِ كلّها إليَّ، الذِكرى والحضور الصوفيّ لكلّ من سيوقظهم النّور ليومٍ جديد.

واحداً تِلوَ الآخر، يا ربّ، أراهم وأُحبُّهم، ] …[ وأذكرُهم جميعاً، أولئكَ الّذين يُشكّلون أفواجاً مجهولة الأسماء لجماعات لا محدودة من الأحياء؛ الّذين يأتون والّذين يذهبون؛ خاصّةً أولئكَ الّذين، في الحقّ أو في الضلال، في مكاتبهم، في مخابرهم أو معاملهم، يؤمنون بالتقدُّم في الحياة، ويتبعون النّور بشغَف في هذا اليوم الحاضر.

هذا الجمع الغفير المضطرب القَلِق والمُميَّز، الّذي تصدمنا كثرتهُ، هذا المحيط اللامتناهي من البشر، باهتزازاته البطيئة والرتيبة الّتي تبعثُ القلق في قلوب أكثر النّاس إيماناً، أُريدُ أن تُدوّي همساته العميقة داخل قلبي في هذه اللحظة. كلّ ما سيزدادُ في العالم خلال هذا اليوم، كلّ ما سينقُص، وأيضاً كلّ ما سيموت، هوذا يا ربّ، ما أبذل كلّ جهدي لألتقطه في داخلي كي أُقدّمه لكَ؛ تلك هي المادة الّتي أُقدّمها لكَ ذبيحةً، وهي الذبيحة الوحيدة الّتي ترغبُ بها.

إقبَل يا رب هذه القربانة التامّة الّتي تُقدّمها لكَ الخليقة، العاملة بفعل جاذبيّتكَ لها، والّتي تُقدّمها لكَ في هذا الفجر الجديد. هذا الخبز، جُهدَنا، وهو ليس في حدّ ذاته سوى أجزاء متفكّكة إلى أقصى حَدّ، وأنا أعلمُ ذلك. هذا الخمر، آلامنا، وهو أيضاً، للأسف، ليس إلا شراباً يتحلّل. لكن في عمق هذا الجمع الّذي بلا صورة، وضعتَ رغبةً مُقدِّسة لا تُقاوم، تجعلنا نصرخ إليكَ جميعنا، من الكافر إلى المؤمن: «يا ربّ، اجعلنا واحداً».
