Sigma X81 releases new EP 'Mitsubachi'

The composer of electronic dance music known as Sigma X81 has released his latest EP record, titled, “Mitsubachi.” Sigma X81′s “Mitsubachi” (stylized on the cover art as MiTSUBACHi) is comprised of five original tracks for an approximate total listening time of 20 minutes. The album is the latest in a long string of popular Sigma X81 (often stylized SiGMA X81) releases, and one of the recent number of collections published independently of corporate music labels.

In the past, Sigma X81 has published music on several different labels, most notably Banging Grooves Records and Love Dealers Records. His catalog includes three full-length LP record albums and five singles, not including his latest independent strides. He is a popular, well-known and respected musical artist and a Japanese club / street icon. Having previously formed his own band, his solo projects now dominate the bulk of his compositional time.

His music envelops the aggressive style, feel and tone of rock ‘n’ roll music, particularly late heavy metal elements, and mixes them with heavier amounts of dubstep and “electro” house attributes. The output of this chemistry is a fun, loud, and powerful EDM experience that is unlike that which is commonly produced by the global legion of EDM amateurs writing dubstep tracks.

Sigma X81′s credits involve writing music for several famous and internationally sold Nintendo games, as well as music for prominent artists around the world.
