So, the folks at the bloated fundraising machine known as the Simon Wiesenthal Center finally woke up to the old news that Roger Waters is a Jew-hater and features anti-Semitic imagery, including a giant pig with a Jewish star at his concerts. We noted that here on this site multiple times, including back in September 2010. But I guess when you’re raising millions to honor Hitler fan Will Smith (who donated money to extremist, Jew-hating mosques) and feature Israel-hater Ben Kingsley as your spokeschick (as the Weisenthal Center did), you can’t be bothered to actually pay attention to the current events in anti-Semitism.
In January, reader and photographer Craig M. Eisenberg sent me the photos below that he took at the concert. He sent these after reading one of my posts on the topic, but I never got around to posting the photos, which are from a July 2012 Yankee Stadium concert. As you can see, the pig image is just one of the things that’s incredibly offensive and anti-Semitic. Nazi imagery is used to imply that the Jews are Nazis, and in case there is any mistake, Waters uses an image of an Orthodox Jewish boy with religious sidecurls on top of the Nazi imagery. I’ve told you before that Roger Waters said he was troubled by Jewish “power” in America. This is about his hatred for Jews, not just Israel. The Nazi garb is most appropriate on him.
