The U.S. - A Godless Nation? Atheists wage war on individuals who believe in God

Any logical and intelligent human would have to wonder why any one group or individual would be so callous as to attack or abolish any religion, object or culture just to satisfy some selfish human need. As long as that religious group is not harming anyone or anything then let it be. Is this not a fundamental right of existence to believe what you want and the freedom to say so without fear of retribution??? When did America lose these most basic Christian freedoms as I must have been away for a moment?

In general, most (westernized, non-extreme, etc.) modern religious groups practice some form of compassion for others and do not approve of attacks upon non-religious groups physically or with verbal abuse or slander. But yet it seems it is OK for non-religious believers to attack, abuse, slander, sue and cause undue harm and burden to any religious individual or organization whenever they wish.

Well, in case you missed a few history classes, the United States of America was built upon the founding fathers belief(s) that a supreme creator (“endowed by their creator” ~ Declaration of Independence) keeps and protects the freedoms of this once great nation. Please take note that I said “once great nation!”

Side Note: Political Correctness is a term that was conceived within the world’s political showground from which the fundamental true intent of its use is to restrain one’s ability to the full capacities of actually speaking openly and freely (could this be the first step in eliminating freedom of speech?). However, it seems that the inventors of the term may choose to not use it when attacking others who may practice religion(s). Somehow the political correctness game seems to be skewed in favor of its designers and not always implemented upon a true and level playing field. Do not confuse political correctness with courteous behavior and speech. Courteous behavior and speech should always be utilized.

Is it a coincidence then, that as of late and based upon atheists own actions as evidenced from the past, it would seem that atheists would expect full freedom only for themselves and their belief(s)? How self-serving is that in my opinion!

Atheists believe we are alone (no belief in any deity) and morality is human made. Freethinkers are responsible for their own actions. These seem to be logical beliefs to some and I say more power to them. All we ask is for them to treat other beliefs with equal respect. This of course has never panned out very well and has never been the case. The real motive of the hard line atheist organization (and some executives within our current government it would seem) seems to be to remove all traces from all minds of the existence of God.

Students who pray to themselves in school are chastised and expelled. Churches are defiled with graffiti. Children are beaten and treated as second class citizens. Believers are verbally abused, raped and sometimes killed. Human made morality seems to border more upon fear mongering, deceit and physical abuse. It is here where we begin to see that the true intent of the atheist cause seems to be the purging of all people who believe in God. In essence, it is a waging of war upon God by atheists.

Now of course these atheist actions are of no big surprise to the average bible reader. However, I do agree though that some Christian statements have been severe and only fill to fuel others to rebuke them harshly. For example, if someone says; ‘Gays are fags and should leave the church!’ This is a wholly inappropriate thing to say and would spark even me to say something rhetorical back to someone who said that. Nonetheless, atheists should heed the same considerations.

Case and Point: The greatest fear I have from all this is that to remove God from the United States of America is to remove the blessings of goodness from this once great nation. My case and point is to merely observe the current death spiral our country is facing at present. Does anyone else see any correlation of my above point(s) within regards to America’s possible demise?

I hear and have read on countless occasion that to believe in a creator/messiah or the bible is nonsense, useless, illogical and unscientific at best. My defining response to that singular statement/argument is to point to a quote from Albert Einstein:
