Is Something going to happen on Sept 18th? Check this out posting on Godlike says the following A very disturbing letter has been sent to parents whose children attend school in Pennsylvania. The letter asks parents to supply food for each of their children, to be stored at the school in case the kids must “Shelter-In-Place” and to accomplish this task BY SEPTEMBER 18. The letter specifically mentions that “shelter-in-place” is what would be done in the event of “a chemical release into the atmosphere.” Even more disturbing is that the letter makes clear PARENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PICK THEIR CHILDREN UP FROM SCHOOL IF THE SCHOOL IS “LOCKED-DOWN.” So much for them being YOUR children! There was a big fire, burning within sight of my school, in the 90′s.
They wanted to evacuate us, well out-of-area.
The slow or unlucky kids were effectively disappeared.
Parents had to jump through many hoops to get them back.
But, some of us were able to sneak away, in the chaos, and just walk home, only a few short blocks away.

“By the 18th” means something is expected on or after. The locking down thing is remarkable. Why would they not allow parents to rescue their children. The only logical answer there would be, they are hoping to save the children and forget about the parents.
So, the 18th is not the date of the disaster, it’s the last date for getting the food in.
Good luck trying to keep 400 SUV driving Soccer Moms from picking up their Chillins, if/when the SHTF, and there’s bound to be a bit of an upset should any rent-a-cop Security Guard try to block the way.
In the US, they are not security guards at public schools, they are the police. They do “lock down” schools -for no good reason- and they arrest children who try to get away.

As far as i’m concerned State Police are mall-cops but then again i’m basing that on in depth analysis of “The Dukes of Hazard” and where is it stated that this “Shelter in Place” advisory applied to anywhere other than a school?
The term “shelter in place” means “take shelter where you are,” as opposed to trying to go someplace safer. Applying the term to a school doesn’t change the meaning.
It means there is a danger, that you need to shelter from. What kind of danger is confined to the school grounds?
In the past, the danger might be the lunatic cops who have locked down the neighborhood, and major thoroughfares, for no good reason.

Do none of you guys have kids? Every school does this every year. You pack your kids a “survival kit” in case there’s an earthquake or emergency.
Some snacks, a book or something, and a water bottle. The school holds on to them in a tub, and at the end of the school year, then the kids get them back.
They did this when I was in school. They do this with my son in school. The reason it’s going out in September? It’s the beginning of the school year.

You must be young like 30 or live in a quake prone area. They never did this when I was in school. If there was a tornado warning or something we sat indian style facing the wall or lockers in the hallway with books over our necks.

-Stop ALL police vehicles from leaving their parking lots (no movement anywhere) (Abandening vehicles close to each other so they can not drive around/thru them to “Spread” their criminal actions against anyone. But remember to remove the keys so they can not move them easily);
-Block their police vehicles from refueling at gas stations (no gas no control) (Abanden 10+ cars all around the hose/nossels; no access to refuel (Remember take the keys);
-Disable their vehicles so they can not be driven to harm anyone (flat tires,etc…);
-Stop their electric power to their station so they have no Lights/Computers/Heat/Air;
-Remove Outside Communication Wires/Antennas (no way to talk/plan harm against us);
-Stop food from going into Resupplying them (starve them into submission);
-Stop/Cut Off their Water Supply from entering their Location (no water=no life for long);
-Stop everyone from entering/leaving Location so they GET NO SLEEP/Fresh Personnel (they can not last long w/o sleep);

So let me get this straight. You have 18 months of packaged MREs and survival supplies stockpiled in your basement, an AK and 5,000 rounds in the closet, a gas mask and hazmat suit, solar panels and water purification tablets, all stashed and ready to go for the end times.
But one school asks parents to pack a snack for their children just in case they have to stay late school and you freak out? If anything, I’m questioning why you hadn’t thought to send your kids to school with a week’s worth of survival food in the first place. No, you let the good sisters of St. James take care of prepping for you kids’ very survival and then freak out when they put a due date on a simple assignment?

This is, as you say, about survival. And mass arrests, which have never been associated with survival of anything.
Now whether the children are going to be saved or not, from this peril that you’re not concerned about, they will certainly be hostages. Doesn’t that bother you at all?
Requisitioning food is the simple part. The complicated part is explaining why we can’t count on the atmosphere being safe, and why there is a deadline to prepare for that.
