Pedophiles in UK Politics: An Open Source Investigation
As 2015 begins, high-profile cases involving accusations of pedophilia in the highest ranks of political power are making headlines on both sides of the Atlantic.
MPs Caught in Pedophile Network
The first case involves the exposure of five VIP pedophile rings operating in Britain in the 1970s and 80s that have been researched in a dossier compiled by John Mann, an MP for Bassetlaw in the Midlands, which was then submitted to the London Metropolitan Police for further investigation. These five rings all included at least one current or former member of parliament, with a total of 24 politicians having been identified in Mann’s dossier. Six of those 24 are currently serving members of the UK government, including three MPs and three members of the House of Lords. As an MP himself, Mann enjoys parliamentary privilege to name the accused politicians in the House of Commons but has said he will not do so because he believes the accusations should be investigated by police first.
The Met are already investigating claims made by an alleged victim of the network that a Conservative MP strangled a boy to death during one of the ring’s sex parties, and that he personally witnessed two other boys murdered by the gang, including one who was run over in broad daylight. Mann has also indicated that he believes two men may have been murdered as part of a cover-up of the network’s activities.
One of the hurdles in investigating the claims is the Official Secrets Act, which prevents the disclosure of state secrets and “sensitive” information. “It is clear there are a lot of people who could provide a lot of information, potentially vital information, to support ongoing criminal investigations,” Mann said regarding the investigation. “But they are not doing so because of the Official Secrets Act. They are fearful of not only breaking the law but the potential effect on their pension. This is absolutely crucial if we are to get some of these ex-officers coming forward and to get prosecutions of some of the former MPs.” He has asked Home Secretary Theresa May to lift the restrictions, allowing former officials to speak up about what they know about the case, but so far there is no indication that this has been done.
Epstein Accuser Names Names
Meanwhile in the United States a similarly shocking set of allegations are emerging from a Florida court case surrounding Jeffrey Epstein, the prominent American financier and billionaire who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution. In the years since his conviction, dozens of women have come forward to accuse him of abuse, and he has made 17 out-of-court settlements in various civil cases arising from these accusations. There is now an ongoing federal civil suit in Florida in which two women are alleging violations of the Crime Victims’ Rights Act in the remarkable plea deal that saw Epstein emerge from the scandal with a single count of solicitation of underage prostitution and a 13-month prison sentence.
Late last month, Virginia Roberts made headlines by submitting a motion to be added to the legal action in Florida. Those documents allege that Roberts was one of Epstein’s underage sex slaves and names both Prince Andrew, Duke of York and fifth in line for the British crown, and Alan Dershowitz, a well-known lawyer and author, as men with whom she was forced to have sex while underage. Buckingham Palace has emphatically denied the claims, and Dershowitz threatened to sue Roberts’ lawyers over the allegations but was instead counter-sued for defamation.
The scandal threatens to re-focus attention on the Epstein case, which raises many important questions about the billionaire’s connections with the rich and powerful. It has since been revealed that Epstein had 21 different phone numbers for contacting his friend Bill Clinton, who, court records allege, “frequently flew” on Epstein’s private jet between 2002 and 2005. The American tabloid press is now reporting that the new claims have created problems for Clinton’s marriage, with Hillary allegedly visibly angry at Bill at a recent public appearance.
Nothing New
Allegations of pedophilia networks amongst the political and entertainment “elite” are of course nothing new. In recent years Britain has been rocked by revelations of repeated, serial sexual abuse of children by popular children’s television entertainers Jimmy Savile and Rolf Harris. These scandals have raised questions about institutional support for these activities at a number of levels, including the BBC, the political classes and even royal participation in the enabling and cover-up of the abuse.
Likewise in America, allegations of political pedophile rings date back decades, with the most notorious being the Franklin scandal in which Lawrence E. King Jr. was accused of running an elite child prostitution ring for Nebraska Republican Party members and high-ranking U.S. politicians. The story involves accusations that link the ring to CIA drug dealing, murder and cover up, including accusations of ritual abuse in the Bohemian Grove. The investigation was championed by former State Senator John De Camp and eventually brought before a grand jury in Douglas County but was eventually thrown out as a “carefully crafted hoax” and two of the alleged victims were themselves convicted of perjury after two other witnesses recanted their supporting testimony. Still, questions still surround the cover up of the case as documented in suppressed documentaries like Conspiracy of Silence.
Cover Ups
The question of whether the London Met will be adequate to the task of properly investigating Mann’s dossier is not an idle one. Just last year reports revealed that the Met had 260 crates of evidence documenting police corruption in the north-east corner of London alone. The evidence relates to Operation Tiberius, a 2002 investigation that concluded there was “endemic corruption” in the Metropolitan Police force and that organized crime networks had been able to infiltrate the Met “at will.” The report that issued from that investigation was 170 pages long, but only six heavily-redacted pages were provided to a parliamentary committee that had requested the information. Only a handful of the scores of then-serving officers and officials identified by the investigation were ever prosecuted.
In the Epstein case, as well, there are numerous questions surrounding the possibility of high-level cover up. In recent weeks it has emerged that Epstein struck a remarkable secret deal with the US Attorney’s Office that barred more than 500 pages of documents detailing negotiations of the deal and a staggering 13,000 documents from the investigation into Epstein’s activities that were shelved as a result of the bargain. Moreover, the victims were not told of the plea bargain until after it had been concluded. All of this resulted from the US Attorney Office’s pledge to avoid turning the case into a “media circus” and disclosing the names of people like Prince Andrew.
Clearing the Smoke, Smashing the Mirrors
As always with ongoing legal investigations, it is important to sort the credible from the incredible, the proven from the unproven, and the mere allegations from the actual findings of fact. Hoaxes, lies and moral panics have erupted in the past that have proven fraudulent in the long run.
So what are the credible sources in investigations like these? How can those with a monetary or other interest in slandering the rich and powerful be separated from those with credible claims of abuse? What bodies or institutions can be relied on to investigate claims of this nature, especially when they involve sitting politicians and others in the highest reaches of political or financial power?

Operation Midland police appeal for victims to come forward
The officer in charge of overseeing Operation Midland, an inquiry into allegations of historical abuse, has appealed for more victims to come forward.
The operation stems from claims made by a man known as “Nick”, who says he was abused by a paedophile ring including high-profile people from the age of seven to 16 at a flat in Dolphin Square in central London.
Det Supt Kenny McDonald said officers who had spoken to him thought his account was “credible and true”.

The Metropolitan police are investigating possible murders as part of Operation Midland. An alleged victim of sexual abuse claimed to have witnessed the murder of a 12-year-old boy by a Conservative MP, and said two other boys had been murdered by members of a paedophile network.
This operation is related to Operation Fairbank, a “scoping exercise” that included inquiries into activities at the Elm Guest House. Inquiries relating to the guest house were later separated into Operation Fernbridge, a full criminal investigation. Operation Midland is specifically looking at the information about the three possible homicides linked to child abuse.

Victim of MP Paedophile Ring Talks on Sky News
A survivor of VIP sex abuse parties in the 1980s has revealed to Sky News the area of London where he says “part of him died”.
‘Michael’ was abused growing up in care in North Wales but he and other children were also taken on a minibus for weekend trips to Pimlico in central London in the early 1980s.
Over two years ago Michael spoke exclusively to Sky News about the abuse and described how it felt like a “privilege” to be taken to London.
His life growing up in a brutal care home system meant that the trips to the capital were seen as exciting and that children used to fight for a seat on the minibus.

Peter Righton (1926–2007), was a child protection expert and social care worker, and a convicted paedophile. In 2013, the Metropolitan Police launched Operation Cayacos to investigate claims that Righton was part of an establishment paedophile network.
Righton worked in children’s homes, including in Maidstone, Kent, and was a lecturer in child protection and residential care, including at the Open University and in Birmingham. He was Director of Education at the National Institute of Social Work, and vice-chairman of governors at New Barns School in Toddington, Gloucestershire.

Detectives have interviewed 100 people, and are understood to be confident that the evidence is strong enough to support charges.

Sir Peter Morrison PC (2 June 1944 – 13 July 1995) was a British Conservative politician, MP for Chester from 1974 to 1992, and Parliamentary Private Secretary (PPS) to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
In October 2012, Rod Richards, a former MP and ex-leader of the Welsh Conservatives, implicated Morrison in the North Wales child abuse scandal.
Between 1974 and 1990, up to 650 children from forty children’s homes (such as Bryn Estyn in Wrexham) were sexually, physically and emotionally abused.
Richards said that Morrison and another high-profile Conservative politician were named in documents as regular and unexplained visitors to the care homes.
In July 2014, Barry Strevens, a former bodyguard to Margaret Thatcher, claimed he warned her that Morrison allegedly held sex parties with under-age boys.
Strevens said that despite passing on the allegations to Thatcher she later promoted Morrison to the position of deputy chairman of the Conservative party.
In January 2015, The Daily Telegraph reported allegations that Morrison raped a 14-year-old boy at Elm Guest House in London. The alleged victim said he was walking in the village of Harting in West Sussex in 1982 when Morrison gave him some money and later lured him to London

How did the allegations surrounding child abuse in care homes in north Wales first emerge?
There had been decades of disquiet about abuse over the children’s care home system in north Wales. Before a major police investigation in 1991, there had already been 12 convictions for offences relating to abuse against children in care, including one as far back as 1976. In 1986, Alison Taylor, a children’s home head in Gwynedd, approached a local councillor to complain about violence by staff to children in residential care. She had previously tried to raise the issue with a number of her superiors.
What was the response by the authorities?
A police investigation was carried out in 1986/87 following Taylor’s allegations, but the Crown Prosecution Service advised that no criminal proceedings would be justified.
Taylor lost her job but continued to press her concerns, including to Clywd county council. Highlighting the jailing between 1987 and 1991 of three men for sexual offences against children in their care, Clywd council wrote to north Wales police requesting an investigation, which was later extended to Gwynedd children’s homes. The investigation began in 1991 and concluded in 1993. By the end, police had taken about 3,500 statements from about 2,500 potential witnesses, of whom not less than 500 who had been in residential establishments, who complained that they had suffered sexual or physical abuse. The investigation resulted in eight prosecutions and seven convictions of former care workers including, Peter Howarth, convicted of buggery and seven offences of indecent assault, and Steven Norris, another senior member of staff at the Bryn Estyn home, who pleaded guilty to three offences of buggery, one of attempted buggery and three of indecent assault. Clwyd county council’s social services committee, commissioned an investigation by an independent panel of three experts, carried out between 1994 and 1995, but the so-called Jillings report was never published on the advice of lawyers lest it prompt court actions and a rash of compensation claims.
What prompted the north Wales child abuse tribunal of inquiry to be set up?
The then secretary of state for Wales, William Hague, announced in 1996 that there would be a tribunal to investigate the abuse of children in care in Gwynedd and Clwyd since 1974, examine whether the authorities could have prevented abuse and their response to the allegations. Hague said that despite previous police investigations, speculation had continued in north Wales that the actual abuse was on a much greater scale than the convictions suggested. Taylor had continued to press her concerns, including writing to the prime minister.

John Allen, 73, of Needham Market, Suffolk, had denied 40 counts of sex abuse against 19 boys and one girl in the late 1960s up to the early 1990s.
He was sentenced at Mold Crown Court on Monday after being convicted of 33 charges last week.The judge ordered Allen must serve a minimum of 11 years in jail.
A National Crime Agency (NCA) spokesman denied it was investigating Allen in connection with supplying boys to child sex parties for prominent political figures at Dolphin Square in central London, which was reported in the Sunday Times.“We do not have any evidence to suggest that John Allen supplied children for others,” said the spokesman.

July 13, 2014 – Anthony Gilberthorpe, a former Conservative party activist, said he told Margaret Thatcher 25 years ago about what he had witnessed and gave her names of those involved.
His allegations that he saw top Tories having sex with boys comes after David Cameron launched a Government inquiry into claims of a cover-up.
Anthony, 52, said: “I am prepared to speak to the inquiry. I believe I am a key witness.”
Anthony says he was a full-time political activist when he helped procure the “youngest and prettiest” boys for several cabinet ministers after being told to find “entertainment”.
In a series of claims about conferences at Blackpool and Brighton in the 1980s, he alleges boys as young as 15 indulged in alcohol and cocaine before they had sex with the powerful politicians.
He says one person who attended a party is a current serving minister.
Others said to be present at the parties included Keith Joseph, Rhodes Boyson, Dr Alistair Smith and Michael Havers.

Anthony Gilberthorpe says he sent her a 40-page dossier in 1989 accusing Cabinet members of abusing underage boys at drug-fuelled conference parties.
He said that being overlooked for the safe Tory seat of Gloucester in April 1986 made up his mind to shop the ministers. he added.
“It was one of the reasons I decided reveal what I’d witnessed. I made it very clear to Mrs Thatcher most trusted ministers had been at these parties with boys who were between 15 and 16.
“I underlined the names of Keith Joseph, Rhodes Boyson and one MP still serving today. I also said I had seen Michael Havers at a party in Blackpool held at the hotel pool in 1983.”
Mr Gilberthorpe says he received no response from No10, but was called to a meeting at a House of Lords tearoom with William Hague, who had replaced ex-Home Secretary Leon Brittan as MP for Richmond in North Yorks.
Mr Gilberthorpe, now 52, said: “I have no idea why William Hague was chosen to deal with my allegations.
“He ¬introduced a high ranking civil servant who was also there. Then the civil servant turned to me and said, ‘Now what is this all about?’ I felt very uncomfortable and surrounded, so I loudly told them, ‘What this is about is the way I’m being treated’.”
Gilberthorpe says he then was ushered into a nearby private room.
He said: “The civil servant told me ‘I’ve been made aware of your letter and the very serious ¬allegations in there. Can you ¬substantiate any of the claims?’ I told him I was flagging up things I had seen. He then said ‘Why you are writing to the Prime Minister about these matters is beyond me’.
“I was asked if there was any evidence and I told him it would emerge in time. The civil servant then said ‘What you’ve said is extremely libelous and ¬slanderous. This meeting is finished’.
“Mr Hague hardly said anything. I was ushered out and that was that.
Speculation is growing over claims Mrs Thatcher must have been aware of rumours about ministers and under-age boys.
Her former Parliamentary Private Secretary Sir Peter Morrison has already been named in connection with a probe into the Bryn Estyn children’s home in Wrexham where Jimmy Savile allegedly molested boys.
Mrs Thatcher lobbied for Savile to be given a knighthood and he visited her at Chequers on at least 11 occasions.

Former resident told Channel 4 News that although he did not recognise Sir Peter at the time, he later realised it was him.
Sir Peter Morrison, who died in 1995, was Margaret Thatcher’s parliamentary private secretary and was at the heart of the Tory establishment during the 1980s. Recently, he has been publicly linked to abuse at the care home.
The former resident was not abused himself, he said: “Going through some stuff recently and I saw his face. I know now he was the MP for Chester at the time. Morrison. Red, wavy hair. I recognised him straight away.
“I saw him at Bryn Estyn, he turned up in a car, boy went off in his car, don’t know if he was in it. It was definitely his car, I saw him arrive in it then we went to bed and we saw it drive off.

Jimmy Savile was also linked to the North Wales child abuse scandal, according to victims
Boys were reportedly molested to entertain Savile at Bryn Estyn care home in Wrexham, North Wales.
One victim said he was raped repeatedly by deputy head of the home Peter Howarth.
He said that he and other boys would also have their pyjama bottoms pulled down by Howarth for Savile’s entertainment.
The boy, known as “Ben” said that Savile would regularly visit the care home with his brother in a chauffeured limousine. Boys would be taken to visit him at Howarth’s flat if they behaved well.
Howarth was one of the few people convicted through the original North Wales police investigation into child abuse, carried out between 1991 and 1993.
He was jailed in 1994 for 10 years for sexually abusing teenage boys. He died in jail.Another victim of Bryn Estyn was Steve Messham, who claims he was repeatedly abused as a child by a senior member of the conservative party, as well as others.
Claims Jimmy Savile abused children at 21 children’s homes and schools in England must be investigated by local authorities, the government has said.
The allegations concern institutions in Yorkshire, London, Manchester, Kent, Surrey and Devon, among others, and relate to the 1960s, 70s and 80s, the Department for Education said.

Margaret Thatcher tried to get Jimmy Savile knighted five times while she was the prime minister
The DJ and Jim’ll Fix It presenter was made Sir Jimmy Savile in 1990, a month after she left Downing Street.
The Cabinet Office correspondence showed her requests on his behalf began at least seven years earlier in 1983 – the year Savile boasted to journalists that he bedded women he met while running charity marathons.
A letter from her private secretary Nigel Wicks in 1986 said: ‘She is most disappointed that Mr Savile’s name has not been recommended … She wonders how many more times his name is to be pushed aside.’
Savile raised more than £30million for good causes, including £12million to rebuild the National Spinal Injuries Centre at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Buckinghamshire, and he was given an OBE in 1971.
Previous government correspondence has revealed that Savile wrote to Mrs Thatcher in 1980 and she invited him to lunch at Chequers.
She subsequently spent 11 consecutive New Year’s Eves with him and oversaw his eventual knighthood in 1990.
It was only after his death in 2011, aged 84, that he was finally unmasked as a predatory paedophile with more than 450 victims.

Justice Ministry to bar parents from telling their own stories

Last Wednesday, Mark and Nicky Webster were told they will never see three of their children again, even though a judge accepted that allegations of abuse could be false. Their story was the lead item on the following day’s BBC news, and appeared in several newspapers with pictures of the couple and quotes of them saying they felt they had been the victims of a miscarriage of justice.
But as of April, because of a change in legislation being introduced by Jack Straw, the Justice Secretary, the media will no longer be able to identify those involved in cases such as the Websters. It will also be illegal for any children currently in care to speak out, even if they feel they are being maltreated.

Jack Straw’s brother found guilty of indecent assault on girl, 16

The brother of the Home Secretary, Jack Straw, was convicted yesterday of indecently assaulting a friend’s 16-year-old daughter after inviting himself to her house.
William Straw, an Open University administrator, had pleaded not guilty at Nottingham magistrates’ court to assaulting the girl in April when she was alone at her home in the city.
The district judge, Peter Nuttall, found him guilty and fined him £750 plus £275 in court costs. Straw will be placed on the sex offenders register for five years.
The conviction is a further embarrassment to the Home Secretary who is overseeing a government crackdown on sex offenders.

It follows allegations by a woman that she was raped at a flat in London.

yes the story of how they buried the footage is one that clearly points to someone trying to cover it up. i think the building housing the footage burnt down in the end, after being bought up by another company, which im sure has dodgy connections as well, but havent bothered to look. its kind of glaringly obvious at this point.

Police are preparing to arrest a former Tory Cabinet minister after a woman came forward to claim she had been raped by him as a girl.
Detectives are also investigating claims that he abused boys.
We can reveal that the former minister is suspected of being part of a VIP paedophile ring that was regularly handed boys by child rapist and killer Sidney Cooke for vile sex orgies.
A former detective who worked on the original investigation into Cooke told the Sunday Mirror that the minister was among those alleged to have been photographed in a 1986 police surveillance on premises where boys had been dropped off.

The detective who led the investigation into Britain’s most notorious child abusers said its files could provide evidence for Scotland Yard’s investigation of an alleged Westminster paedophile ring. Roger Stoodley said he would be delighted if the Metropolitan police were to reopen Operation Orchid, the inquiry into the Sidney Cooke gang, which abducted, abused and murdered children in the 1970s and 1980s.
Mr Stoodley said he had looked for possible links between the Cooke group and the Elm Guest House, in southwest London, which is at the centre of allegations about an establishment paedophile conspiracy, but was unable to find any.
The former detective chief superintendent, tells the paper:
“The Orchid files — if they still exist — could hold the key to renewed concerns over the handling of police investigations into two child abductions… Elm Guest House came up in our inquiry but it was not within our remit at the time. It is in our system, but we could not establish a link with Cooke.”
He said Leonard Smith, one of Cooke’s accomplices, had been a young prostitute in the West End who could have come into contact with prominent figures but he had refused to discuss his past.

They were abused by their father, a famous actor Ricky Dearman, but were probably able to talk because their Russian mother,Ella Draper a non abusive parent, believed them. For children this young to speak so graphically and with such clarity there needs to be an understanding of Dissociative Identity Disorder, safety and compassion. The authorities have put out a warrant for the arrest of the mother and taken the children into care and separated them.It is unclear what will happen to them. They were examined and there was evidence of sexual abuse yet the judge said their testimony could not be believed.

A former employee of the Holy Rosary Catholic Cathedral has revealed details of a west coast sacrificial cult involving the ritual rape and murder of children.
The cult, known as the Twelve Mile Club, operates from private yachts owned by Catholic businessmen and moored in West Vancouver. The abducted and tortured children are taken outside Canada’s twelve mile territorial limit and their bodies are disposed of in the ocean.
The witness shared his evidence this week with a special ITCCS Inquiry formed in the wake of the exposure of Canadian government cabinet minister Denis Lebel’s participation in a Ninth Circle ritual killing of a young boy in Rome on February 22, 2014. (see http://www.itccs.org, November 4, 2014)
The witness attended meetings during 2007 and 2008 where former Archbishop Raymond Roussin and senior parish priest Glen Dion planned with church lawyers the coverup of their own involvement in the Twelve Mile Club.
According to the witness, the Archbishop and Glen Dion named judges and other clergy as being members of the Club, including former Chief Justice of the BC Provincial Court Hugh Stansfield, Justice William Esson and Terrance Warren of the British Columbia Supreme Court, United Church clergyman and present Moderator of that church, Gary Paterson, and national United Church officials Brian Thorpe and Jon Jessiman.

They wrote a book together, they paired up during voting at the CCCB (Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops). You don’t get to become an Archbishop unless you know how to keep each other’s secrets. If you fail to understand what prohibitionists bank on, you are vulnerable. Artificial scarcity induces obsessive/compulsive behavior. I’m not advocating sex with children any more than drug legalization advocates are for drug use. I’m just saying the WoD raises questions about the prohibitionist (dopelord) agenda behind the media demonization of [turns on reverb] PEDOPHILIA! There is an underlying de facto demonization of fathers, and men in general, involved here. Anyone with ding-a-ling is a suspect. Because of this prohibitionist mentality, we also have a raging black market in children sex slaves that oges untouched while innocent fathers are rotting in jail because their kid lied.
