According to Wikipedia;

How is that possible when Sam the Lost Dog found it just above the horizon? Sam you are the best! You were man’s best friend and bestest pal and proved what ordinary humans could not do. Way to go buddy!

A group of school children, a GoPro camera, and a helium balloon were able to do what billions from NASA could not accomplish; give us a view of what the Earth actually looks like from space without high tech photo manipulation. What was being hidden or transported to this special continent?
