Hey Four Eyes!

I’m going to get me a pair of glasses today. I used to wear ‘em, and after that contacts, but then my mom graced with me (slightly traumatizing) eye surgery with Clockwork Orange type eye-opener thingies where I was conscious while they gave me sedating eyedrops and then proceeded to SLICE A CHUNK OFF MY EYE AND PULLING IT BACK BEFORE BURNING A LASER INTO IT. YOU HAD TO KEEP YOUR EYES STILL SO THE LASER WOULDN’T BE OFF THE MARK AS YOU SAW THE RED BEAM OF DEATH BURN INTO YOUR FLESH. “KEEP YOUR EYEBALLS STILL!” THE DOC YELLED! OH MY GOD YOU COULD SMELL THE BURNING! LOL. Sorry about that :p. When I came out of surgery I was calm at first but then I started shaking violently in a chair as a reaction to the stress I guess, looking back it was pretty funny, since I had no idea why I was shaking at first and my eyes were blinded (I had to keep my eyes closed and in darkness for 24 hours or so I think) but not funny enough to do it again (the price has something to do with that too :p), so I’m getting a pair of glasses instead now that the effect of the surgery has started to wear off enough so I really need ‘em to see far, the surgery helped for nearly 2 decades which isn’t pretty bad I think, yay for science! I only had like -1.5 to -2 on my eyes but I’m looking forward to seeing clear again. I remember when I got my contacts and saw the playground at school for the first time like everyone else could I was amazed at how huge it was! Not going back to contacts though, too much hassle and too many times I destroyed them by accident. “Oh I dropped a contact.” *step back* *cracking sound* Damn. Really looking forward to my eyesight upgrade!
