Constitutional Action Against the Banks - Michael Tellinger

SINKING THE BANKS – The Beginning of the end of global financial tyranny.
 

Author, scientist and researcher, Michael Tellinger, is about to make history by taking the unlawful actions of the banks to the Constitutional Court of South Africa – the people of the world are called upon to participate in this historic event.

The papers are being served on the court and the bank by the 13^th April 2012, after which the hearing date will be set by the court. So we expect the court date to be sometime in May 2012. This may have started as a small personal case for Michael Tellinger against STD Bank, but it has now escalated to represent everyone in the world, who has a bank account, or has been harmed by the banks.

Such a constitutional action has never happened before and presents a historic landmark case to redress the abuse of humanity by the banking global elite. The Constitutional Court is the highest court of the land that makes the laws of the land. This will be a real challenge and a test for the court to redress the laws and create new laws that protect its citizens and restricts the abuse by the banks.

This case will have an effect on the entire global banking industry and force the banks to change the way they operate.
