CITIMORTGAGE WANTS TO TAKE YOUR PROPERTY!

Citimortgage has a case in Athens county court of common pleas Case No 12I0341.  Several papers have been filed but the Judge consistently and constantly ignores the rules of law.  The actual owner has not been notified by the foreclosure mill law firms,the actual owner was not listed as a party in interest but the Judge proceeded to stamp a summary judgment in favor of Citimortgage.  There are several fraudulent issues created by Citimortgage but the foreclosure mill law firms and the Judge proceed in favor of the bank.  This same judge, just got done saying in another case in Athens County – that all parties of interest have to be notified and served BUT when it comes to stamping something in favor of an abusive bank – How quickly, the rules are changed. 

Beware, if you have any complaint filed against you by Colette Carr, Attorney from Laurito & Laurito or the law firm of Graydon, Head & Ritchey of Cincinnati Ohio – Look at your documents very closely – They are in such a hurry to evade the laws in place, they make mistakes and many mistakes.  Look and you will find as they say.  Known on the internet as a foreclosure mill law firm, Laurito & Laurito, this particular law firm could not handle the homeowners, so, what did they do?  Call in co-counsel because they couldn’t handle it.  Moral of the story – these law firms upholding these banks are making big mistakes. 

The bank even stated in a summary judgement – they want the property.
