MORE OF BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON’S SNAKE OIL COMES HOME TO U.S.A., ATHENS OHIO

Bank of New York Mellon had a US Court ruling to make payments to bondholders but they refused-this led to a lawsuit against Bank Of New York Mellon by none other than George Soro’s Quantum Partners – Bank of New York Mellon’s slippery con party caused Argentina to default by not distributing the money they were supposed to. Lawsuit filed in London said BNY Mellon was suppose to pay out 298 Million to Argentina but refused – Well – Well, another trick of BNY Mellon’s – Get this people – BNY Mellon is willing to step aside as trustee for the Argentina Bonds but NO other banks want into this mess of BNY Mellon’s – Well, if BNY Mellon isn’t the only culprit involved in screwing over countries – guess who else has their hand in the cookie jar – Citibank – “a custodian for some Argentina Bonds” they were to “distribute payments made by the Argentine to exchange bond holders”. But did not.

So, Bank of New York Mellon not only is causing the U.S. to loose credibility with other countries – Let’s take a close look at one case here in the United States that BNY Mellon is causing problems by illegal conduct but like its mess in Argentina – we have some Judges who will cover up their mess no matter, as long as it doesn’t come back on the U.S. Bank.

Here, in the United States, Bank of New York Mellon is the Plaintiff for a “Dead Company” that’s right people – Bank of New York Mellon is the Plaintiff in a foreclosure lawsuit against a homeowner whose creditor was New Century Mtge Corp who went bankrupt around 2008 and liquidated – Now, if that isn’t bad enough, Ocwen Loan Servicing added illegal fees on to the homeowner’s monthly payment. Fees that no performance was done. Maintenance fees, inspection fees, drive by appraisals, broker price opinion, title searches done several times over – But the most amazing thing – they literally signed for a dead company as their attorney in fact in 2014 – a dead principal – NOT only that – New Century in 2007 had an injunction placed against them to not – to not do business in the State of Ohio – the case of Ohio vs New Century Mtge Corp exposed what they were doing to homeowners but for some reason, certain Judges and Lawyers want to ignore this mess and make it go away- they want their fraud and corruption covered up – Many Judges are very eager and quick to rubberstamp a summary judgment in favor of the banks – You decide why. You get the picture.

Now, BNY Mellon knowing that New Century securitized this loan – but at the same time it didn’t make it to the trust by their own crooked schemes-the note and the mtge was split-they wanted to say it was in the trust but they have no mortgage loan schedule that it actually went into trust, so, they duped the investors they sold it to – covered the fraud up, so they though-t but the homeowner still making payments until news of Ocwen’s illegal fees throws payments overboard – Ocwen hires Clunk Law Firm which is a known foreclosure mill law firm in Ohio – they want the property – Ocwen added on hundreds of illegal fees-BNY Mellon takes over as Plaintiff – the real one went bankrupt years ago – How do they get past all the red tape-Well, Ocwen has Clunk’s Law firm support them in creating an allonge made years after the trust closed, years after New Century went bankrupt, liquidated and not permitted to conduct these activities in the State of Ohio. Between Clunk Law Firm and the notorious Ocwen (remember the settlement they recently took of over $2 Million fine to not litigate charges against them) – they have so many illegal papers going in different directions, they even threw in Deutsche as a current party to this mess. Deutsche wasn’t even in this until after a complaint was filed but they hoped it would go away. Clunk Law Firm of Stow Ohio as attorneys had knowledge of this Ohio vs. New Century Mtge Corp case and if by any remote chance they didn’t – they were made very aware by the defendants. But, CLunk Law firm chose to ignore the law regarding this.

Moving On – Well, we have Bank of New York Mellon as a phony Plaintiff. Can you imagine the thousands upon thousand of mortgages they have done this with. Not only did this TRANSACTION not make it to the Trust as it was required by New York Trust Law, the law which they wanted to go by – but they have literally signed for a dead company.
