Does Ocwen ever stop with their fraud against homeowners, even after they were told to?

~Ocwen Financial Corp pulls their regular scams to harm homeowners-

Ocwen is good at fraud, deception, lies – will get to what Ocwen did with my loans but also what Ocwen did to a couple to harm them. This couple put their insurance money in escrow but Ocwen keeps the money, does not send their money to the insurance company. In my case, I had my own insurance but Ocwen kept deducting insurance from my escrow account. I was paying twice for insurance. This couple had no luck after Ocwen kept their insurance money. Their insurance lapsed – they could not get it reinstated unless they paid extra charges. So, what did Ocwen do- puts forced placed insurance, expensive insurance, that Ocwen used to cover the lender but not the homeowners.
I, on the other hand, had to have my insurance company reimburse me and send proof over and over to Ocwen that I had paid so they could not pull this trick on me but my insurance company was getting tired of doing this.  Ocwen left these homeowners unprotected by putting expensive forced placed insurance on them to pay but only covered the lender. Another Ocwen dirty trick. Ocwen is the largest of mortgage servicers now contracting with banks. Ocwen has more than 1 trillion worth of mortgage loans from the foreclosure mess. Lost paperwork, Robo – signing, other snafus – mortgage servicing wasn’t so profitable for big banks, so they hire Ocwen. Ocwen becoming too big, their corruption becomes even bigger – Ocwen’s credit ratings on Wall Street, down. Stock value, down by half. Ocwen told this couple that their bill was paid in full.
 But Ocwen lied – couple’s insurance lapsed-SOOOO, what does Ocwen do, OCWEN raised their monthly payment by $200 for the loan, taxes and insurance but good ‘ol Ocwen isn’t done with this couple yet. Ocwen adds another $200 for forced placed insurance. Richard Gillespie from Ocwen said the insurance company said the bill was paid. The insurance spokesman said that was not true, no one told anyone such thing. So, allegedly looks like Ocwen and the insurance company screwed over these homeowners. The insurance company offered another policy but twice what they had paid and they had to install security bars over their windows. Well – well – Ocwen blames the insurance company – the insurance company blamed Ocwen – they blamed auto club – each other, how convenient, but not the homeowners but still Ocwen and auto club insurance would not give this couple their insurance as it was allegedly. Looks like Ocwen and the insurance company were in bed together. Are you ready for this line of crap? Ocwen is represented by Sard Verbinnen who wouldn’t comment on the missed payment but went overboard to say Auckland extends itself to help avoid foreclosure for borrowers. Wonder if Verbinnen hurt himself on that line?
Well, if that isn’t bad enough, the Treasury Department Report shows that Ocwen can put the modification paperwork together for the HAMP mess faster than the big banks. The reports do not say the modifications will work or, however, are not set up for the homeowners to re-default, just that Ocwen can get the crap together faster. More people thrown out than helped. Don’t put much stock in the Treasury Department. Three of the last four treasury secretaries were CEOs proceed group Wall Street. All connected at the hip – we have Robert Rubin, Sec. of treasury eight years – then we have Larry Summers who was Ruben’s deputy when Ruben was secretary – then we had Tim Geithner who was Ruben’s pick. As Geithner said Ruben was his “hero and mentor”- Geithner four years Secretary Treasurer. Now, we have Jacob Lew. Do your homework on these. Jacob Lew was the COO for Citigroup for two years. Lew follows Geithner Secretary of Treasury. Lew was paid over $900,000 in bonuses while working at Citigroup. Remember, Citigroup under Sec. Treasury Geithner got bailout from TARP $45 billion another 306 billion government money – the list of billions goes on Citi got from government bailouts. Anyone that doesn’t believe Ocwen isn’t cleaning up on homeowner,s needs to do their homework. Ocwen wants people to think they don’t own loans, that they just get a few bucks a year to collect and take care of borrower’s payments and for owners and mortgage investors but some know better. Ocwen has proven to be corrupt. They were fined $2.1 billion for some of their corruption against homeowners. Ocwen has now, in their servicing portfolio, more than 3 million loans which has only added to more alleged corruption in their handling of people’s loans and payments. Just errors, anyone believe that? Not according to the fine of over 2 billion Ocwen settled to avoid litigation. Ocwen is on the annual surveys problems list. Ocwen and is a problem for homeowners. The tricks, deceit, fraud is unconscionable. Ocwen has a lot of dirty tricks to push homeowners into foreclosure-look at the actual cases that are happening around the nation. 
At least someone is paying attention to Ocwen’s schemes and conduct. Besides being fined over 2 billion for homeowner abuse, New York’s top regulator stopped Ocwen getting the servicing rights to Wells Fargo mortgages of 39 billion.  Ocwen also is being investigated for their dealings that have conflicts of interest. Besides being looked into by the New York regulator, the SEC is supposed to have taken an interest in this conflict of interest Ocwen has with associated companies. The SEC needs to take more interest than they have in the past instead of just spouting – we are going to get into it. When it came to Ocwen, maybe someone there is waking up for those who showed no interest or was shown to door. One can hope. Because of Ocwen’s bad behavior – nice way of saying corruption against homeowners – Ocwen’s stock has dropped off a whole lot from $56.39 to $28.37.
