OCWEN the Giant Homeowner Slayer

~Ocwen too big and corrupt for homeowners good. Ocwen sending backdated letters to confuse and screw-up homeowners several years back and still refuse to correct their actions. This Ocwen action has caused harm and trouble to homeowners and required homeowners to hire lawyers. In order to delay and create more stress, debt, and attorney fees, once again is questions. The Ocwen games begin all over. Ocwen, to delay, further sends another letter, demanding simple information that they have or should have had. Turn over all your financial information, give us your pay stubs, even though you have probably been forced to retire on disability. Oh my, wonder if Ocwen helped this process along. Give us your bank statements, your tax forms. Ocwen added this crap giving excuse before they could modify a mortgage. Anything and everything to drag out the process or is Ocwen just that incompetent? Ocwen wants all this, then Ocwen backdates the letter so homeowners do not get Ocwen’s letter until the 30 days Ocwen requires the homeowner to get all the crap that Ocwen should have already had anyway-this is Ocwen doing usual business after they were told to stop when they didn’t want to litigate issues against them, when they settled for over $2 Billion and promised to be good – that went well didn’t it.  They seem more driven than ever to create more fraudulent documents on homeowners.
 Ocwen has put hundreds of thousands of people through hell with their foolish deceptions, lies and manipulations. Homeowners have been fighting Ocwen for years.  It wasn’t the simple idea of somebody didn’t pay-so file a complaint.  That wasn’t the case-Ocwen has created false, fabricated illegal documents to take people’s homes.  Ask people for their evidence – they’ve got it. Try to call and talk to an Ocwen representative. My calls were always routed to India and I was put on hold and then the calls dropped. Ocwen deliberately put homeowners in positions to default. How insane is it for American homeowners to have to battle a corrupt entity while this entity is raking in billions and billions with their shady underhanded tricks. To miss a payment deadline- your checks can be held up to make you miss a payment deadline on purpose.  This has already been proven in Court several times over.
 Up comes an Ocwen spokesperson David Miller, he allegedly states the backdating “wasn’t purposeful” – WOW, how brilliant of Mr. Miller. If “not purposeful”, then why not fix the problem, not wait years and years and create havoc, torment, pain and legal expenses plus take up court time on these people you screwed over with the backdating scheme? Not purposeful, how intelligent, of Mr. Miller. Then along comes Mr. Faris, Ocwen CEO on Friday sent a letter to homeowners apologizing for these thousands of – get a load of this matter people – “inadvertently misdated” letters. Remember, this is been going on for years by Ocwen. But now, the CEO Mr. Faris sent out these letters and states, “the company is hiring an independent investigator to look into the issue”. More excuses, more delays. Ocwen should have records to what they did, how responsible is a company who has to hire an investigator to investigate if they sent out backdated letters to homeowners or what other schemes or tricks they have created to foreclose or were trying to foreclose.
 Ocwen should have to pay these homeowner’s attorney fees – years of attorney’s fees for homeowners who are fighting back while most had to walk away and let Ocwen take their homes. But thanks to some like Mr. Lawsky and other Government Officials who care about the Law – Ocwen’s day of destroying homeowners may be closing in.  Ocwen is always sorry when they get caught at doing these things.  If Ocwen is the servicer, you can look and find the evidence of fraud by Ocwen.
