Lock and Load for American Homeowners

Safeguard Properties, headquartered in Ohio, is in the business of “preserving vacant and foreclosed properties” and they state on their website that they are “dedicated to preserving today and protecting tomorrow”.  Well, they could be considered thieves, terroists, conspirators, you name it.  Who does Safeguard work for?  Big banks and their servicers. Oh, what a surprise.  All in bed together working for their greater good.  Safeguard boasts they are “the largest mortgage field services company in the country”. 

Look at their record of corruption on people, not just people in Ohio, but across the U.S. The banks and servicers, such as Citi, hire them to inspect and preserve vacant, abandoned, defaulted properties but that is not how they work. They will enter any property to steal, wreak havoc, leave destruction and mess.

For many years, Safeguard employees have been entering homes and properties, vandalizing and stealing Americans possessions, robbing them and getting away with it.  All government approved, of course.  Enitites like Citi in bed with them promote and support this. The proof they support this is they keep encouraging Safeguard to do this over and over.

A big problem- they are entering homes, trespassing on property that they have absolutely no right to be in.  People who have no loan, people who never had a bank loan, people who have no liens on their property, people who never heard of these entities- these people are at continuing risk. 

The actions from these companies were so outrageous and continuing that the People of the State of Illinois sued Safeguard Properties, LLC.  Safeguard kept breaking in, stealing, trespassing, harrassing, robbing, destroying and damaging – but- that state had enough of them.  The result – a settlement of $1 million.  Safeguard publicly states that it is an amicable resolution.

Articles put out by lawyers suggest suing for conversion of assets, etc, but what does that take? 

Of course, money and time.  Who gets the money- the lawyers, as usual.  Lawyers are fearing technology, people are fed up with the corruption.  Other solutions are coming.  People never get past the reality of the old saying- the only good lawyer is a dead lawyer.

As the couple in Texas was told to file a police report-but what did that do?  Safeguard got the wrong property, the couple were told that because the company was acting in good faith, the case would be closed.  Citi was actually foreclosing on a neighboring home.  Good faith- No way- too late.  Why should anyone give Safeguard a second chance let alone the first chance?

The answer people get- “This happens all the time”.

As an article from the www.americanbar.org titled “Use of bank contractors in mortgage foreclosure” leads to the conclusion that these things really don’t happen that often.  Any is way too many to take from these thugs.

How much do people have to put up with from these legal criminals?

Be ready for them- because they are in your neighborhood.
