FBI Seizures From Safe Deposit Boxes Violated US Constitution: Federal Court

Well..well the courts finally start acting on the FBI, no doubt to create an impression that their actions are actually monitored by the court. The FBI has been violating the rights of citizens for years, from Randy Weaver and David Koresh to the present J6 case of Owen Shroyer along with the Proud Boys and many others while Antifa and Black Lives Matter commit all sorts of crimes without consequences. Wray belongs in prison right along with Ray Epps.

The FBI’s seizure of contents from safe deposit boxes during a raid on a Beverly Hills vault in 2021 violated the U.S. Constitution, a federal appeals court ruled on Jan. 23.

Agents raided U.S. Private Vaults, a business that allowed people to rent safe deposit boxes anonymously, based on the belief that criminals were using the service. The search warrant stated that agents could only open the boxes to inventory their contents and identify the owners for the return of their property.

However, agents brought drug-sniffing dogs and planned to set aside cash worth more than $5,000, with the intent to seize the money.

The FBI is the enforcement arm of the deep state which includes the Banksters; they make their own rules an enforce them independently as they are accountable to no one but the Committee of 300. This is just a small setback for the FBI as they get exposed for their own criminal activity

When people who rented boxes asked the FBI for their belongings back after the raid, the bureau refused, saying it was going to file for forfeiture or transfer ownership to the government. The renters of the boxes then sued.

Wow ! so victims voices are IGNORED which should clue you to the fact that they are agents for someone else not this country. If you don’t learn anything else realize that this IS LAW FARE at its worst, take the money from perceived ‘political enemies’ who have one nothing illegal and destroy their ability to live according to their beliefs and limit their participation in society. Wonder if the Bank manager got a cut of the stolen money? Just asking.

I can assure you it will only get worse from here on. These megalomaniacs mean to have their One World Govt despite the prevailing laws, customs etc. Maybe we might have one honest judge here.
