Yes. Urine does stop bleeding. I once cut my finger, although it was not nreally a deep wound, i did seem to keep bleeding longer than a normal (minor) cut, and so decided to pee on it because someone had told me about this years earlier when I had cut my finger quite deeply. Although, I did not try it the first time around, I did decide to give a try the last time and sure enough it worked immediately.
