Italian scientists resign over L’Aquila quake verdicts

(CNN) – Earthquake experts worldwide expressed shock at the manslaughter convictions of six Italian scientists who failed to predict the deadly L’Aquila quake, warning that the decision could severely harm future research.

DT Rebuttal: Again when I wrote many months ago that only the truth and the facts must be exposed I was preparing my readers for this implacable Dragon, and your perception of my “prediction” will become more clearer as I elaborate on this story. Because of their deplorable economy, is the Italian government who uses the tax payers of the citizens trying to put an end to this scientific researches nonsense? You bet they are because for years this “organization” like NASA in the US, has sucked too much money for nothing mostly because the scientists themselves are saying we never did and will never will predict an earthquake and living on Mars is just impossible.

Two scientists resigned their posts with the government’s disaster preparedness agency Tuesday after a court in L’Aquila sentenced six scientists and a government official to six years in prison. The court ruled Monday that the scientists failed to accurately communicate the risk of the 2009 quake, which killed more than 300 people. Luciano Maiani, the physicist who led the National Commission for the Prediction and Prevention of Major Risks, resigned in protest of the verdict Tuesday afternoon, Italy’s Civil Protection Agency announced.

DT Rebuttal: Luciano Maiani, the physicist who led the National Commission for the Prediction and Prevention of Major Risks is like 99.09% of the scientific community depraved of Cosmic Consciousness and  is forced to realize its time for him and his company to accept the facts that they are costly and counterproductive for society.  What does the world lost with his resignation as far as earthquake prediction is concerned? Nothing of any value really because he and the scientific community have all failed to perform and this is a fact all scientists are refusing to accept. This is the Scorpius” wake up call” that will be unleashed on many more abusive, deceptive organizations and no one is safe for the next few months.  

“The situation created by the sentencing yesterday on the facts from L’Aquila is incompatible with a clear and effective performance of the functions of the commission and its role as a consulting bodies for the state,” Maiani said in a statement released by the agency. In addition, Mauro Dolce quit as director of the office that monitors volcano and earthquake threats, the agency said. Dolce will be given another post, it said.

DT Rebuttal: Mauro Dolce also quit as the director of the office that monitors volcano and earthquake threats and again when is the last time he accurately gave the public, the tax payers either  a time or a location? Never did, never will so what is his excuse for being stopped sucking money for nothing?

“Seismologists were aghast at the court’s decision, noting that earthquakes remain impossible to forecast with any kind of accuracy.”

DT Rebuttal:  Again how can I appear modest to the sensitive judgemental insecure educated souls without making my point? Not so fast Sirs, have you ever heard of Dr. Turi? Did you ever take the time to investigate his unarguable timing accuracy? Did you ever read the email exchanged with the California seismology Institute in Pasadena and NASA? Did the scientific community ever read the unarguable dated, printed, published predictions of a couple of 7.3 earthquakes? Not to forget millions of others on George Noory Coast to Coast radio show where I gave the exact dates for Katrina and in Phoenix AZ on KTAR radio and Channel 10 television I gave Pat McMahon the exact date 2 weeks earlier for the Kobe earthquake that killed over 5000 people! I give names of hosts, radio station, TV stations here is another one for you for the scientific community to digest!

DT Rebuttal: Rest assured  NO scientist ever did or ever will STICK THEIR NECKS where THEIR predictions don’t pan out, but Dr. Turi did so for years now, not to forget today 6.6 Costa Rica earthquake and the , October 20 - 6.6 Vanatu earthquake - Its all posted at “Before Its News” for your eyes skeptics! 

Don’t you think its time for the scientific community to realize what can not be seen or touch does not mean it does not exist? Don’t you think its time to put the green where the mouth is or stop sucking WE the people taxes? But is you are a scientist in the US or anywhere else in the world, don’t think this justice won’t happen to you and as much as you have for years denied the my obvious talent and the truth and enjoyed ”burning me at the stake” it is your turn as the heavens are on my side to wake up to your limitation of your educated “expertise” and accept the facts that you reach the end! 

Prosecutors argued that the scientists gave “inaccurate, incomplete and contradictory information about the dangers” facing L’Aquila at a meeting a week before the magnitude-6.3 quake. The experts determined that it was “unlikely” but not impossible that a major quake would take place, despite concern among the city’s residents over recent seismic activity. The court agreed, finding the six scientists from the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology and a member of the Civil Protection Agency guilty and ordering Italian authorities to pay 7.8 million euros ($10 million) in damages.

DT Rebuttal: Yes Boschi and the six others convicted on Monday are unconscious of the Cosmic Code jurisdictional rules entrancing human legal rules where the facts and wasted money is the main focus…

The Italian geophysics institute expressed “regret and concern” about the verdict in a statement Monday. It said the ruling “threatens to undermine one of the cornerstones of scientific research: that of freedom of investigation, of open and transparent discussion and sharing of results.”

DT Rebuttal: Transparency and the truth is what an army of unconscious geologists are about to undergo because its time for them to realize that the earth is dependent not only to the moon’s gravitational forces but to all the other planets in our solar system. A new form of thinking and reasoning is imposed upon humanity and science is targeted and forced into the acceptance of their inability to predict earthquakes.  Furthermore there is nothing to share that has not yet been shared and looking down at the rocks or lava under their feet will not provide better answers. Thus its like an implosive energy that can not go anywhere and hit the bottom of nothingness and naturally cleansing itself.   Religions are next in line and this will be an interesting topics for me to write about.

“L’Aquila trial shows public scientists need to take media communication very seriously,” he wrote on his Twitter account. “And get indemnity.”

DT Rebuttal: Mr.Oglesby the people who paid you the millions of dollars for your scientific studies and researches came to trust you to do your job and you did not.  Accept the fact that you do not know and it is time now to do exactly what you said… or  offer yourself a chance to communicate with the spirit, with the cosmic code, with the stars, with God’s creation as he intended you to use because you, David Spiegelhalter  and your well read colleges have lost the spirit in the name of a blind science. I gave you and the scientific community ample  dated, printed, published broadcasted on radio and television  repetitive proofs of my unarguable timing in earthquakes predictions. I am available to you if you stop lumping me with Mrs. Cleo and realize I am as logical, as critical and down to earth as you and your kind are and I use a software and technology like you do.  With the only difference that I know from the core of my souls that the stars are much more than dead rocks hanging up there for the sake of beauty.
