If you scroll the video bar back and forth you can see that the solar panel in front of it is moving slowly and when you scroll it back and forth you can see the shadow moving in a correct manor across it revealing it as the light hits it.
It’s very dark in space ( obviously! ) and the glare from the light reflected off the panel In front of the object makes it hard to see the rest of it.
It’s just part of the same craft not a UFO.
