They offer two really, and its possible I listened to a few and felt some were similar to feed back on a electric guitar, just magnified a lot.
I read that article before I posted the video. It seems as though do not know for sure. They say it’s coming from the sky then on the other hand they say it’s coming from the ground. But at least they have a theory.

They started in the Ukraine, they are very evil mind control weapons that the satanic NWO and the aliens are using on a non suspecting population and you are helping them to attack people with. It’s sounds windy yet i do not see any movement in the trees or water..something seems fishy.

Stop at 0:12 and you will notice the ripples on the pond. Most of the reflections towards the center of the pond are blurry except for the far right side of the pond the water is smooth and the reflections are clear from the wind break that the woods are providing.
