Ha, there is no such thing as the KGB.
I’d think the Russians were better photographers than that.
Pretty sure this is old and the guy that made it did it as aCGI test, unless I’m thinking of a different fake video. Also if it was a meeting with aliens, why would the leaked footage only one minute be of wandering aliens with no visible background, and not the whole video showing the meeting. Pretty sure old film reels held more than a minute, so if someone found one, it would have had more footage than this.

I like how people talk about how the government has absolute control over Google and the internet, then actually believe they are going to see proof of aliens “leaked” on YouTube. It’s just like TV people, it’s only there cause it’s not real, if it was, don’t you think it would have been erased before you could see it? This is not real, but go on telling yourself it is.
It looks uncannily real. However it was discussed on TV and found to be fake. The digital noise added on it to make the video look like old film, has a repeating pattern every second and you can predict where the noise will be over and over. This is a loop from After effects.
Really disappointed because it looked similar to what contacts describe.
This is obviously NOT shot on film. Which means that it was shot digitally, and then had filters on it to try and make it look like film.

I asked this question on the video a while back and got a crap load of thumbs up. But the comment was erased. I said, “How did they get those huge heads through those tiny tutleneck holes to get the shirts on?”
Too bad that last 5 seconds gave away computer animation. The blink was painfully fake. Prior to that it had me slightly convinced.
