On Oct. 5, 2010 Richard Chrisman shot and killed 29 year-old Daniel Rodriguez in Phoenix.

Note I tend to edit my work a few times and always  find grammatical errors, make corrections and insert more information. Remember I am French  and English is my second language  so please comeback to read it a few times to digest it.  Please judge the content and not the delivery. Thank you.

This really hope this article will bring clarity to the Police Administration on what it means to be a cop in the twentieth century and how much they do not know! I certainly hope my message will help reducing an endless waste of our precious police officers’ lives and the humongous resources used to battle and enriching the United States Tax Court system only.

I read the original police report issued in 2010 in the Richard Chrisman’s case and I had to do my calculations based upon the age of all the police officers involved. Note,  I am not a psychic and I use a modified software to do all my calculations, so do not assume anything yet! I will combine Parapsychology, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Astropsychology to bring some answers to this complex case.

I made a call to the [email protected] asking where I could find the public record with the full DOB of all the participants involved in this drama.  All the cops are on duty and maybe one of them will return my call with the information I need.

While the software I use requires me to enter the full DOB, my research and information is solely based upon the year of birth.  Thus I am very limited but I can still offer crucial information on the spiritual ”mechanics” involved.

As always my work will mostly benefit my students because the terms I use are foreign to the norm but I still trust worthy to share it with those born curious and  intuitive.  Daniel Rodriguez was born with a Uranic Airy Draconis and this made him not only unpredictable and volatile but prone to a violent, explosive shocking death  .i.e.  Princess Diana and Steve Irwin owned such a Uranic legacy.

The majority of people suffering a violent, shocking premature death own such an unfortunate UCI  but when both the victim and the perpetrator are non cosmic conscious the worse can only be expected. In the eternal battle between logic and emotions, emotions always win. And  if our public servants were taught to use my software they would be mentally prepared to deal with the poll of dangerous human beings responding neurotically, subconsciously to their own “cosmic spiritual design.”

Knowing much of the criminals are repeating offenders, their records (drug use, gang affiliations etc.) always incorporate their DOB. This crucial information can easily be entered and used with my software to depict the potentially dangerous psyche of any offender. There are billions of people on the planet and not a single human being shares the same behavioral similarity cloaked in their physical and spiritual DNA / UCI make up.

While driving and responding to a domestic violence call, this “advanced” psychical information would offer a pre-warning mental picture and prepare all public servants to whom they are about to deal with.

While all police officers endure a complex and intense training to face any situations, the majority of calls are safe and conducted professionally and safely. Mostly because  the regular law obedient citizen does not present any form of danger to the officer and behave normally. But in this case (and too many others) the situation  can turn very dangerous and deadly almost immediately.

Most of the cops training is designed to maintain  the highest level of safety and the police officer has only a few seconds to “assume” if the situation and the person is safe to deal with.  Again knowing in the battle between logic and emotions, emotions always win, domestic violence calls happens to be the most dangerous because of the amount of emotional intensity discharged.  As a rule, especially at night, a police officer’s flow of adrenaline is always present  and ready to be used if needed but it is repressed in his system.

This input readiness is a natural bodily function but cops and all emergency workers are much more susceptible than you and I living a safe life style and left unchecked, after many years, this sudden rise and fall of adrenaline will dangerously alter the psychical cosmic make up of anyone working in the force. Sitting in an office facing a computer or facing a criminal in the middle of the night is a very different situation that demand your adrenaline to jump all the way up…

While behaving as normal as possible ALL cops are in HIGH alert mode for a certain time until the situation is assessed safe. If you ever got stopped by a cop you know how it feels yes? Its quite uncomfortable as you try very hard to maintain your own calm and adrenaline flow.  But the cops is under ten time more pressure than you are because his life depend on his senses and judgement…

Then when its all over, you go about your life until the next cop stops you may be next year if you are lucky. But he/she will be under another powerful adrenaline “attack” and many more times before his/her shift is over!

All cops have to deal with this abnormality and are constantly repressing the ups and downs which in many cases become extreme …

While traditional science never  associate adrenaline “fusion” and its impact upon the nervous system, with time it also alter then deteriorate all psychical behavioural patterns of our cops.  So to make it simple for you to assimilate, the longer you served as a police officer, the more prone you are to lose it if you do not own the right UCI to be a cop!

“Defense attorney Craig Mehrens urged jurors not to believe Martinez’s “tale.” He said it’s hard to believe that a nine-year veteran of the force who had never fired his gun would have decided “today’s the day” to kill someone and chose Rodriguez as his victim.”

If you read some of the police officers comments I received in “ Police Requiem” they are all concerned about their safety because protecting the public is indeed very dangerous proposition with so much drugs in our streets.

While I am still working hard to help the police with my lifetime work, my controversial methodology is not yet accepted. It breaks my heart when another cop or an innocent victim get killed in the name of cosmic ignorance. Offered a chance to speak at any police Academy and presenting my case/claim intelligently would soon make the most skeptical cop on the planet a believer in my software, especially when I offer very tangible proofs of my work.

All I am saying is; bringing more cops and guns to our colleges and Universities or drastically extending security will never ever bring the solution or either stop or avoid future crimes. Because we are dealing with a psychical problem made worse by the use and abuse of legal or illegal drugs.

The problem we are facing is spiritual and can only be fixed using “fire with fire” or investigate a new form of spiritual avenues, especially mine which is still erroneously considered as “pseudo-sciences.”  All the majority of people can do about my work is to assume because all you know about its complex spiritual dynamics is NOTHING!

 The fact is each time a cop or an innocent citizen is killed families are destroyed and the following legal battles cost a fortune on wasted taxes that should be used instead to find solutions.  If one single life can be saved anything, including my methodology should be considered! This is where the police elites MUST honor the word “detectives” and investigate what I have to offer instead of hiding behind the word “ridicule.”

I did submit this letter to  the [email protected] but I am still waiting for a return call with the information I need but I already know, it will never come… What the person did is to; as usual assume I am another Mrs. Cleo after visiting www.Drturi.com not realizing that; she became another dark force of cosmic ignorance indirectly responsible for many more future cops deaths.

Dealing with “normal” traditionally educated human beings from all walks of life in positions of power unable to enter the archetypal realm of consciousness is my biggest challenge. All I can do is to keep trying to make them aware that; what is not scientifically accepted today, what can not be seen or touched does not mean it does not exist…

Not a single human being is “computerised” or psychically wired the same way, after 45 years of arduous work on the human psyche, I finally breached what psychological conventional science has been enslaved to uncover and yet, those who need me the most are only willing to assume about my findings?  But who’s to blame anyone when everyone in question is “cosmic unconscious” and can not grasp the dynamics of my methodology?

What’s insane is, one has to be not only curious but quite intelligent to deal with my work and build cosmic consciousness and I trust the AZPLEA Administration is, for sure not all made of morons.

All man made  laws are designed to offer order and safety and we all must learn and respect them. Those laws are enforced by the police but this dense physical world has its counterpart spiritual world loaded with another set of laws and infringing any of them can only bring about the same heavy penalty.

You could see Dr. Turi as the first “COSMIC COP” translating God’s Universal laws written in light within the Cosmic Code jurisdiction only my students and  I can appreciate and read…  There is no way for you to accept the physical world as the only real world just because your five limited human senses or traditional education dictate so! There could be no day without the night, no male without a female, no yin without a yang, no positive without a negative and no God without a devil, is this so hard to accept?

Back to Chrisman - “ Since 2007, Chrisman has faced four internal inquiries handled by the Phoenix Police Professional Standards Bureau – the department’s internal-affairs unit. The cases include an excessive-force allegation in 2009, in addition to complaints about personal conduct and inattention to duty, police records show. Police leaders declined to comment on the nature of the complaints or if Chrisman faced any discipline.

Its is common for the “gang” to protect its affiliates and the police leaders are not exception!  Meantime being a cop is a very demanding task, and cops or not, during your life, you will undergo situations where emotions will override your logical calm.

 More so when for some “unknown” reasons you will have a bad day!  Well ALL human being are cursed once a month with their “menstruations.” Let me explain further;  physiologically, perfectly timed with high and low tides, with every FULL MOON all women undergo such a physical bloody treatment and all of them hate their monthly curse.  (I know I am married, and she is out of order when she menstruate) That is what it means to be a female human being period and it does affect your psyche and your reaction to others.

But do you think men are spared? NO you are NOT! in fact the same “moody/crabby’” fluctuations will become extraordinary intense during your personal “cosmic biorhythms” and you can be sure you will feel its nasty impact all steps of the way during those days.

These days will NOT be normal where bad news, bad telephone calls, insurmountable problems, firing from a job, breaking up from relationships, fighting and a steady depressive mood will hunt you, name it, all will come your way just because you “woke up on the wrong foot?”  There are so many subtle cosmic energies at work and so much more at work readers the scientific community is baffled with…

Gee people am I talking sense to you or not? I do not know anyone, including cops and criminals who did not suffer what Richard Chrisman probably calls “the worse day of his life!” And I have the answers for you, for the cops and the criminals! But what good, mastering  this “cosmic code” secrets would do for anyone you may ask!

Well it would allow you to apply your will (the part of God in you) witch is much stronger than the various negative Cosmic pull, so you do not behave like a robot and prepare yourself to either avoid or anticipate especially if you are a cop, a very dangerous timing and the high possibility of deadly confrontations.

No readers, its not everyday that a cop kills a dog and its owner or a police Chief teases his own wife or a bunch of cops gets gun down by a gang etc… But with millions of people and cops battling each others everyday chances are many will wake up on “the wrong foot ” or suffer one of their negative cosmic biorhythms! 

But how can you judge anything I write about if you know nothing about it?

Furthermore, there is such a thing as “crooked cops” in our streets right now and those souls were born with a “police cursed”  UCI . Those souls were born Plutonic in nature, subconscious driven to regenerate with more control and more power over others. Remember Pluto rules sex and many cops used their badge to get favour you really do not want to know about!  But the police executives and the entire administration never heard of Pluto “The Lord of Hades” rulership over the police and the criminal element battling each other to death.

Remember to them my work is all “pseudo-science” junk, just  mythology stuff and we are educated and well pass this nonsense…How wrong can they all be just because the deep fear of the ridicule override an healthy curiosity!

But there are laws in place that dictate employment for all and any job discrimination can send anyone straight to jail!  Yes all cops psychologists are trained traditionally and all are depraved of cosmic consciousness and the results are seen with an endless chain of negative news about the police. Yes some of those cops should never have access to a gun and a badge because they are “cosmically speaking” ill fitted to do the job.

But my “controversial” way of thinking has no room for acceptance and can only be used secretively and privately to benefit special interest groups willing to take a chance on my supreme wisdom.  You can train a non gifted soul to become an artist or teach someone to sing for ever or try hard to train a boxer and turn him into the next Ali, it will never work! There are no schools nor universities that can produce the next Einstein because the genius cosmic gift “cosmic seed” was already there…

There are cosmic forces at work that lead people to become…the best or the worse of their natal configurations, cosmic consciousness can help stimulate its productive and positive values. God has “cosmically” computerised all his children to perform adequately and in some case extraordinary, exceptionally in the various areas of the human experiences.

 A Gemini .i.e. George Noory, Art Bell and Mike Broomhead is set to become a “Messenger of the Gods” and someone like Glen Beck, Sean Hannity including Dr. Turi etc. while born under different signs, also own a hidden great “Mercurial” dose. Do you think it is an accident for them all to end up working on radio? They are all totally unconscious of their cosmic make up and their spirit is now codified into religions because this is the only monopolizing spiritual source available to the masses…

Gemini is an air element, versatile smart, curious, nervous and fast…Yes I have had a few speeding tickets too! A magnet will not attract a piece of wood, thus the “air wave” is home where God’s highest order to pass on information to the mass must be fulfilled. But Gemini is a dual sign and I had to elaborate a bit more so you can comprehend the positive and negative manifestation of a Gemini.

I wrote intensively in my book titled “The Power of the Dragon” about many serial killers and my book expose the UCI of many DUAL born Gemini serial killers like Jeffrey Dahmer  and Scorpio evil souls like Charles Manson not to forget that Ted Bundy was born with the same Gemini (dual/liars) Dragon Tail as O.J. If Richard Chrisman was born between October 1973 and July 1975, Chrisman fall in this category and can not be trusted in both words and actions…

Sad enough I do  not have Police officer Virgillo DOB to bypass the 5 limited human sense and use my ‘Human Detector” gift to expose Vigillo psyche. But his reaction may have been stimulated by the killing of an innocent pet and as an animal owner/lover I can understand why. But one thing is sure both men UCI is in opposite and negative aspect to have attracted each others in this sad situation where a cop is against another cop… I hope to get his DOB and offer my VIP’s more clarifications.

I am still waiting for an answer from the person I spoke to at  the [email protected].  Meantime I called back and got Mr. Buividas’ email address and I did submitted this article as an introduction to my work and asked them for an opportunity to lecture on Parapsychology and Astropsychology.

To summarize, while the victim Daniel Rodriguez was a dangerous out of order drug addict his irrational “Uranic Identity” combined with his negative biorhythms lead him to lose his life.  This is yet another of the thousands of deplorable costly cases we, the law obedient tax payers have to pay. The carnage produced by this cosmic ignorance will never stop unless the educational “norms” are changed offering our courageous civil servants  the wisdom and spiritual preparedness they need to return home safe and sound.

First I must eliminate all doubts and “psychic” assumptions by presenting the police Academy with the informative values and safety my modified software can bring to the force. Imagine that: A call is coming in for a domestic disturbance where the location and basic information are offered to the officer.

Any cop can be trained as fast as any of my students to develop a “reflex” to, at a glance on their screen, identify the psyche of the person they will soon face physically.   And with it the option to deal appropriately with a Plutonic born killer who will not hesitate to kill anyone.

This scenario is much too common with the police and many non cosmic conscious brave officers are now dead. Had they access to this unique software program, before dealing with the person, a profile of his psyche becomes available to triple the cop’s attention if needed.

 Sad enough, as it stand now, ALL people are presumed DEADLY, including the decent law obedient citizens. With time, this endless rapid building and releasing adrenaline flux becomes harmful to all police officers. Thus allowing the worse manifestation of any decent police officer’s  inner cosmic identity.

 The Phoenix Law Enforcement Association (PLEA) said: “In a perfect world, we would not need batons, Tasers, pepper spray, handguns, shotguns or rifles. The world we operate in is anything but perfect … Ours is a world in which we are required to make split second decisions while operating under a complex of rules …

Richard Chrisman was born with a DUAL Gemini Draconis prone to act hastily and even lie to save his butt, had he been tutored on his own Gemini Draconis light speed responses, he would not have had to deal with a mixture of powerful destructive emotions including fear and ego produced by an outpouring adrenaline flux in his blood stream.

 This is a perfect combination for a racing car driver carefully handling a machine at 200 MPH and not a cop with a gun in his hands. Richard is not to blame here but his Supervisors’ cosmic unconsciousness but will I ever be able to beat the controlling educational matrix stalling my efforts to bring answers to humanity’s psychical cosmic conception?

Police of the future will be made of a specific crowd of human born with the  natural psychologically traits needed to deal with specific dangerous and intense situations. Today’s cops are all robotic, while rigorously trained to handle any and all situation,  many of them were born “ill fitted” ill informed and spiritually depraved to deal with those highly emotional situations.

The fact is plain to see with Richard Chrisman’s case where is Mercurial speedy gift was misused in a moment of intense emotions due to a steady upsurge of adrenaline he could not control any-more. There will be more news about good cops turning into bad cops readers be sure of that…

Again if I had his full DOB I would be able to offer so much more about his personality and even pin point / “predict” exactly where the worse of his cosmic make up would become deadly. And if he is a dual then I will write again on this topic, its the DUAL law for me to do so!

 All I can assure you, is Gemini rules the words and the human hands and I know all about unleashing the truth of any deadly  ”cosmic glove.”

Once more, the current Scorpius Draconis in charge of the police force and the criminal element stimulate an upsurge in never heard before crimes against the police, more suicides, more drama and more deaths. But how many elites cops took the time to read about the 2013 Scorpius Draconis without fringing sceptically?

This Dragon demands a full psychical restructure of the police force where the scientific accepted, tutored psychological  disciplines must merge with a new form of parapsychology “cosmic” wisdom imparted by the science of Astropsychology.

I am here, I am willing to give my time to lecture, to prove my claim and my frustration became obvious since I first tried to reach them many years when I first wrote “Police Requiem.”

They know NOTHING of my arduous work and had I follow the same traditional educational footsteps than the psychologists kids fresh out of an “accredited” police Academy, I would never ever own such deep wisdom.   And I would hate to see it wasted because they all think they know better when they don’t, at least in my own expertise in the complex cosmic human behavioural manifesto.

  How can this world be safe and orderly when those who regiment, control and enforce  the Laws are the FIRST ONES to infringe them?
