Dear Readers:

Yes I am the first human “Cosmic Cop” and all I am about to divulge about the police, the FBI, the CIA and their methodology should be profoundly investigated instead of ridicule!  All of those souls are the first ones to infringe a set of laws they are totally oblivious of… I will ask them first to honor the word investigation and behave like real detective instead of assuming my work is only pseudo-science.

When those who are supposed to serve and protect us becomes the villains something is very wrong and something must be done soon to correct this serious problem… Apart from the greed and the easy money drugs brings, there are a few reasons  producing this type of behavior. All I can do is to explain the “subtle “cosmic” phenomenon to those curious enough to bypass the limitation of their traditional education.

Remember my work can only stimulate the minds of people born above average intelligence and those willing to gather the real keys of what it means to be human outside of conventional accepted psychological disciplines like those wise souls and the countless smart friends I own on LinkedIn

Not all cops are born bad cops but many of them will never be able to resist the temptations while other cops would rather be caught dead than to infringe the law.  But traditionally educated police psychologists, fresh out of accredited Universities will never be able to make up the difference. The fact is crooked cops are all over your cities and its just a matter of time (or during one of their Personal Cosmic Biorhythms) before they subconsciously act out their cursed UCI.

You can easily detect the future bad cop by watching a child bullying another acting out, neurotically, subconsciously his overbearing, power oriented stars/UCI.  Now imagine how many “quiet” bullies there are in all your schools but as they grow up so are the “stars” in charge of their emotions. And this is why it is VITAL to reach them before puberty and help them not only acknowledge their Cosmic Identities but how to control the predicaments induced by their inborn overbearing UCI.

The sad reality is for years I’ve tried to reach the Law Enforcement Administration with “Police Requiem” but I am a bit too much for the traditional controlling police Academy matrixes who could not care less about saving a single cop’s life…

But those law obedient psychologists police employees can not and should not mess with  the Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity laws… Thus without cosmic consciousness there is absolutely NO WAY for those educated kids to detect the “cosmic” phenomenology producing the future bad cop,  that will end up costing tremendous pain to victims and tax payers billions in legal costs.

The same apply for your children teachers at schools or in your local churches which may themselves be ill fitted to teach them in the first place and may abuse your child or be fired for explicit teachings or sexual abuses.  This educational system is so faulty, so incomplete and afflicts all areas of education, not only the police readers…

The fact is Pluto’s children are extraordinary powerful and will work tirelessly to own any form of power through specific job positions, and many will be particularly attracted to serve in the Law Enforcement.

Wealthy kids will enjoy an expensive education and become doctors, attorneys, FBI/CIA agents while the less fortunate will aim for power and respect in their criminal career.  Its pretty much like what you are watching in the news today with argumentative politicians battling Obama’ supreme Presidential power to end up the Government shut down!

Pluto rules Scorpio and this sign rules both the police (positive) and the criminal element (negative) but in order to avoid hiring the bad cop the Plutonic soul  must be taught to control his powerful urges before puberty.

Remember there is absolutely nothing wrong with the educational system in terms of learning and mastering all traditional applications but it is INCOMPLETE because any form of spiritual cosmic identification teachings is either ridicule, prohibited, or sought as pseudo-science only.    Again as mentioned in George Noory show, a child has to assimilate 2000 years of human evolution rationally and general education is a must! However those children do NOT regenerate spiritually and this imbalance shows in various deplorable behaviours that could easily be corrected if the child is made conscious of his cosmic identity.

This type of spiritual food is what they so badly need to identify themselves as God’s SPECIAL children. But the new generations are “cosmically” set to reject the archaic religious codification of thoughts. In fact your children are much more spiritual, curious and in some cases, smarter  than their parents. Add the advanced technology and Google ET VOILA, they have now the option to read and feed their starving spirit with my regenerative cosmic fluid. 

The separation of church and state law or the distance in the relationship between organized religion and the nation state is  not helping my case either. This humongous imbalance between the physical and spiritual teachings is reflected in an endless growing number of drop out that keep astonishing the U.S. Department of Education.

Unless the elites of education realize the missing link (spiritual cosmic teachings or the science of Astropsychology) America’s children will never stand apart in the world and will behave like wild liberated monkeys.

Remember readers, a Nobel Prize consist in  achievements that “first make people laugh, and then make them think” “The prizes are intended to celebrate the unusual, honour the imaginative – and spur people’s interest in science, medicine and technology.“ So many times I warned of science reluctance to deal with God’s cosmic divinity or God particle objectively (macrocosm) instead of dealing with microscopic particle (microcosm.) But I also mentioned many times it seems to be a natural default for all scientists to miss the entire forest for the tree…”

I can’t help to imagine if all the people that have signed up in the Cosmic Code were to make a $25 donation. I now have nearly 7000 smart and curious subscribers, this mean a total of $175.000 or more than what I need to start my reality show instead of spending $1500 to learn all about the mechanics of the Universe.  You could do this by watching  the “Cosmic Matrix Secrets”series. Instead what you have is a very entertaining, rational astronomical or “Ancient Aliens” programs that offers you NOTHING you can use in your life!

This does not mean all the knowledgeable guests and producers of those programs are morons and their information has nothing to offer the viewers, far from it.  I am the first one to enjoy this type of programming and while I will never be asked to join is because my “cosmic vibrations” are very different that’s all.

The main reason why a program makes it is because of its entertainment and educational values and I have both, but as experienced with Jay, (Gaiam TV brainless producer) he had NO idea of the final product I had in mind. And loading him with your requests and support was the wrong thing to do, (I added a few at the bottom of this newsletter) especially during a Mercury (communication) in retrograde motion (misunderstandings/confusion etc.)

This world is in serious need for a new psychical direction and hopes for the future are very low, science and religions override, monopolize all the information hijacking the human spirit in the process. Taking away God’s cosmic divinity and ridicule his universal will is a serious mortal sin you witness everyday in the news… My show will not only warn you with my “windows of High probabilities” for large quakes and natural disasters but teach you Universal rules you can incorporate and use in your daily life! Remember readers, the experts are often the least knowledgeable in their chosen field, the majority of producers will not take chances and much busy producing “in the norm” material.   A successful producer must be a visionary, a risk taker and intuitive enough to see the uniqueness of a guest and his product.. Something Jay missed totally with me!

On the other hand Tom and George recognize this uniqueness, especially with all my unarguable predictions and dictate why I am a regular on Coast to Coast and other radio shows. But one must also realize that fame and uniqueness brings also jealousy to those feeling inferior or insecure about my ingeniousness and they will ally and battle me to the death.

This is very serious readers, while I have much more supporters willing to deal with the undiluted truth in my writings, many of my “Internet enemies” are relentless  and will commit themselves to mute me.  Websites owners such as ‘lunaticoutpost.com”  and “godlikeproductions.com” including Wikipedia hate my guts and banned me for “spamming” because the smartest ones, once reading any of my posts join the Cosmic Code for more.  This gave me an idea that backfired and created ‘https://www.facebook.com/WikipediaDrturi” wich is getting serious attention.

So if you are a producer willing to take a chance on me and read / watch and acknowledges my obvious predictions I can easily also predict an unimaginable success teaching the nuts and bolt of the Cosmic Matrix because the world is not only in need but ready for this type of spiritual cosmic programming.  The question is; is your UCI advanced enough to realize my talent and its financial rewarding applications or will you behave like Jay?

My other option is to ask my 7000 subscribers to give me a $25 donation for my cause and this donation will be used to have full access on the cosmic code for a FULL YEAR! I want to retire, fly helicopters and enjoy my boat fishing the Florida blue warm waters. And if I do not get any response or help from my subscribers or a smart producer this simply mean  God wants me to retire once and for all because the world is still not ready for my rare cosmic wisdom.  And this is good to me too!

Just so you know about the math.  Your show with george on GaiamTV did not do very well.  It was one of the lowest watched shows that George has done.  I did not want to hurt your feelings but with you threatening me I think you should know that is why you have been rejected.

DT rebuttal: Good excuse Jay… George would not have me as a regular on his show or invites me if that was the case. Note also my own people are not interested in what I said in this introductory show, they know me well and heard it many times before.  If I was good enough for George, and numerous national TV programs “Dr Turi on William Shatner’s “Weird of What” TV show” I could have given much more to Gaiam TV!

My audience like the world also watched this YouTube video before the show was aired. They are mostly interested in learning the mechanics of Astropsychology through the series I proposed to you. Gaiam TV was a much cheaper way for them to learn all about the Universal Cosmic Matrix. But the fact is you are probably very close to another “prophet Wanna be” I exposed following one of my readers request. Again you (and Mercury retrograde) are forcing me to deal with people and affairs of the past.. See how it works Jay?

Then the numbers would have been much higher and probably top everyone else in the long run because of referrals from my supporters but you were not smart enough to perceive this fact,  even with the tons of requests they sent you! I am not threatening you, I am educating you my way Jay and Mercury retrograde (the past) forced you and David back into my life may be for you to learn something valuable this time, and I am sure you did! Hello Jay,
My name is Kathleen Eddy who is a student of Dr. Louis Turi whom you’ve had on your Gaiam TV Show. I strongly suggest that Dr. Turi become a regular on your show through a series of shows teaching The Cosmic Code Matrix.  My self along with my daughter and eight year old grandaughter need the Astropsychology teaching that Dr. Turi provides through the internet as we do not watch network tv. We are hopeful Dr.Turi’s show on Gaiam TV become a regular family watch time for us. My daughter has five step-children ages 8 to 16 and they all want to see more from Dr. Turi!
