UFO Near HAARP Facility In Norway, Filmed From Multiple Angles

In the evening of August 13 2010, an unknown object was observed hovering the the skies of Northern Norway.  It was seen b several eye witnesses and some of them filmed the object using their mobile phones and one witness filmed the event with a camcorder.  

The UFO appeared in the vicinity of EISCAT and the famous Norway spiral which some believe was the result an HAARP type experiment. 

EISCAT is an acronym for the European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association. It operates three incoherent scatter radar systems, at 224 MHz, 931 MHz in Northern Scandinavia and one at 500 MHz on Svalbard, used to study the interaction between the Sun and the Earth as revealed by disturbances in the ionosphere and magnetosphere. At the Ramfjordmoen facility (near Tromsø, Norway), it also operates an ionospheric heater facility, similar to HAARP. Additional receiver stations are located in Sodankylä, Finland, and Kiruna, Sweden. An ionospheric heater, or an ionospheric HF pump facility, is a powerful radio wave transmitter with an array of antennas which is used for research of plasma turbulence, the ionosphere and upper atmosphere.

 These transmitters operate in the high frequency (HF) range (3-30 MHz) at which radio waves are reflected from the ionosphere back to the ground. With such facilities a range of plasma turbulence phenomena can be excited in a semi-controlled fashion from the ground, during conditions when the ionosphere is naturally quiet and not perturbed by for example aurora. This stimulus-response type of research complements passive observations of naturally excited phenomena to learn about the ionosphere and upper atmosphere.

According to H.L. Rowland, Beam Physics Branch, Plasma Physics Division, Naval Research Laboratory, k  1999, “By modulating the ambient current flowing in the ionosphere, e.g., the auroral electrojet, it is possible to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) and very low frequency (VLF) radiation. This ionospheric modification technique can provide such waves for probing both the Earth and the ionosphere- magnetosphere. The modification occurs in the lower D-region and can provide information about the ambient conditions in one of the least diagnosed regions of the ionosphere.

The electrojet is modulated by using a high frequency heater (a few MHZ) with the power modulated at the desired ELF/VLF frequency to heat the ionospheric electrons in the lower D-region.

The plasma turbulence phenomena that are studied include different types on nonlinear wave interactions, in which different waves in the plasma couple and interact with the transmitted radio wave, formation and self-organization of filamentary plasma structures, as well as electron acceleration. The turbulence is diagnosed by for example incoherent scatter radar, by detecting the weak electromagnetic emissions from the turbulence and optical emissions.

The optical emissions result from the excitation of atmospheric atoms and molecules by electrons that have been accelerated in the plasma turbulence. As this process is the same as for the aurora, the optical emission excited by HF waves have sometimes been referred to as artificial aurora, although sensitive cameras are needed to detect these emissions, which is not the case for the real aurora.

Ionospheric HF pump facilites need to be sufficiently powerful to provide the possibility for plasma turbulence studies, although any radio wave that propagates in the ionosphere affects it by heating the electrons. That radio waves affect the ionosphere was discovered already in the 1930s with the Luxemburg effect. Although the research facilities need to have powerful transmitters, the power flux in the ionosphere for the most powerful facility (HAARP) is below 0.03 W/m2.[2] This gives an energy density in the ionosphere that is less than 1/100 of the thermal energy density of the ionospheric plasma itself.

 The power flux may also be compared with the solar flux at the earths surface of about 1.5 kW/m2. During aurora generally no ionospheric effects can be observed with the HF pump facilities as the radio wave power is strongly absorbed by the naturally heated ionosphere.

EISCAT is funded and operated by research institutes and research councils of Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan, China, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

EISCAT is planning on building a next generation scatter radar capable of providing 3D monitoring of the atmosphere and ionosphere.

In 2008, the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures selected EISCAT 3D for its “Roadmap 2008 for Large-Scale European Research Infrastructures for the next 20–30 years.” Production on a modular basis will begin in 2015 and some of the arrays will be extremely large with over 30,000 individual antenna elements

Bardufoss Air Station (Norwegian: Bardufoss flystasjon) is located in the municipality of Målselv in Troms county in Northern Norway. It is the location off the Royal Norwegian Air Force 139 Air Wing and two helicopter squadrons; the 337 Squadron operating Lynx MK 86 for the Norwegian Coast Guard and the 339 Squadron equipped with Bell 412SPs. It is also the base for the Royal Norwegian Air Force Flight Training School. In addition, helicopter Squadron no. 334 is currently under establishment as it will be operating NH90 NFH helicopters. The delivery of the NH90 helicopters just started. 334 Squadron will only have its command post and maintenance facilities at Bardufoss, as the helicopters will be stationed on the new Fridtjof Nansen class frigates when they arrive.

The airbase is also used by the civilian community: Norwegian Aviation College (NAC) is located at the airport, and there is also a flying club (Bardufoss Flyklubb) and a parachute jumping club. Norwegian Air Shuttle currently operates three daily flights with Boeing 737 aircraft from Bardufoss Airport to Oslo Airport, Gardermoen.

The spiral phenomena was also observed in Western Canada in 2010.

In the afternoon of March 31  2010 at around 6 pm, Professor Lai of the South China University in Taiwan was walking home through a rural lane.  While strolling past local fields she noticed a particularly attractive evening sunset. Professor Lai pulled her mobile phone out and pointed it towards the sun. At that time she noticed a disc shaped UFO hovering on the screen near a electricity line. The UFO was not visible to the naked eye. She took a photo and indeed was able to capture the craft.  The disc is very similar to the one later seen in Norway.  

Allnewsweb’s editor and UFO and Paranormal expert Michael Cohen notes that ‘It is known that small probe type craft are using power lines to ‘surf’ the world: these are being intensely studied by government secret services. They originate from a civilization in Andromeda Galaxy. it seems Professor Lai encountered one.’
