I warned them. The island province of Newfoundland in Canada is given over to the worst political corruption in Canada (which is saying a lot). There was quite a lot of in-breeding in the past, so the intelligence of the average person is limited. Everyone is a drunk. People are so mentally sick they torture and kill dogs, and then intimidate their neighbours into keeping quiet. That is common knowledge. The worst stories hit the news every month or so.
As for child sex abuse, the one man who went public about one of the leading political and business families in the province, after his own sister was bought and paid for — well, he was stuffed into The Waterford Hospital in St. John’s, i.e. the insane asylum built in 1855.
The shocking condition of that institution can only be compared to Her Majesty’s Penitentiary, built in 1859, the only prison in the province
Meanwhile only a minority of couples actually get married before having children. Family violence is the norm.

If you can catch a ‘beam’ incoming to the radars ion field then you can track it back, line of sight, to the originating point. There you can identify, maybe, the technology in use and by whom.
Beams have been tracked back up to 10,400 miles.
This does not bear the signature of HAARP by any proof that I know of.
It could be SuperDarn or a DARPA tool of weather warfare.
Destination target point is often the local Doppler radar. That can be easily located using Google Earth and a KMZ overlay file of Doppler stations.
If your charged ion cloud center is at the Doppler station, and you can identify an incoming beam, and you can track it back to the originatiion point, then you will probably find the technology, the agency and mayber the purpose.
Unquestionably this activity accelerated in May 2011 after the US EPA and NOAA gave permission to the USN and USAF for advanced Electron Beam Weapon studies in a practice area extending 50miles off both East and West coasts of North America as well as Puerto Rica, Hawaii and who knows where else…
