today in s az. I watched chem-trail planes spraying when all of a sudden a blue beam shot out in front of one lane like a laser sight,it showed as a blue streak in the sky tht the plane followed more or less, it seemed to be leading the plane vs the plane shooting it out in front, as the plan didnt follow it exact but it was dark blue against the sky and in front and slightly above the planes track. this blue beam cut through the fake clouds like a knife, was an amazing sight to behold, really freaky man.
A weather balloon with a chaff canister inside. probably doing a tracking or targeting test for how materials (like chem trails chemicals) fall or are blown as they descend.
Unless the National weather service will take responsibility for it then I would be concerned. Ask them about it.
