If I stare long and hard enough at the fuzzy images…I think I see Hope! Well, she was just a hot lady with no follow through. Darnit! Back to the fuzzy images…mmmmm…next image coming to my mind. Thinking, thinking, it’s coming to me….It’s layered on patchwork of flat images wrapped around a 3D modeled sphere. Try using the application Blender to render 3D objects. You’ll then understand why these artifacts exist.
What I find MOST interesting are the swipes through the images with the photoshop-like ‘clone’ tool. Like at 50* 59’18.26″N 16*47’17.88″W elev 9426 ft, eye alt 29.78 mi. There is a N-NE to S-SW wipe through the picture. What IS that? What is that for? Why wipe the pic? There are several of them, and the dont go completely across the moon, either. in these areas the photos of the moon are very fuzzy. OOH! Here is a cool one! It looks like a snake, and right behind the head of the snake are two very large satellite dishes! hehe! 51*40’34.34 N 12*31’11.92N elev 48.77 ft eye alt 25.55 mi. Love that one! Guess I am not too sure how a crater can stand on its end, like a satellite dish. Especially two of them!
