HAARP, Chemtrails, Strange Phenomenon Strange Sounds (Video)
(N.Morgan) Geoengineering and HAARP have been on the forefront of the alternative media movement for many years now. There are still many people who deny or just cannot grasp this sort of project being done by our govt. for many years.
Between 1962 and 1983, the United States Navy, the U.S. Weather Bureau and the National Science Foundation carried out an experimental research program that was yielding some success in moderating hurricanes. Project Stormfury was suspended, however, and eventually terminated for specious reasons. Commenting on an overview of The Stormfury Era by the Hurricane Research Division of the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory, Dick Eastman, MS, MA, noted that the privatization of weather-related government agencies was a factor in the termination of this project:
“[Project Stormfury] was discontinued just as new planes for doing the interventions were made available. It seems that we had a deliberate effort to stifle success at the very time that the national weather bureau and other weather-related government agencies were being privatized (the National Weather Service, like the Federal Reserve Bank, the Atomic Energy Commission and the National Science Foundation are privately owned and controlled organizations — each operating in their respective fields in totally unregulated and largely unsupervised environments, with the public thinking that each is part of the government…
“Storm Fury demonstrated — regardless of the sophistry — that hurricane winds can be reduced from 130 mph to 75 or 80 mph — a difference that means the a difference of billions in damages and of doubtless many lives. (1096)

Weather report indicated that it would be sunny with a high near 49F! Never got past 40F! Weather being manipulated?
Oh, and by the way, its SNOWING in South Lake Tahoe when it was supposed to be sunny with a high of 49F! Very strange.

Very interesting! Something is blocking the weather from coming into the west coast. In the animations you could see the front that is sitting out in the Pacific being pushed back away from the coast as the weather built up over the central Sierra’s and southward.

Here is yet more interesting info concerning the strange weather pattern. This is a image of the Jetstream that goes around the north pole. http://squall.sfsu.edu/gif/jetstream_norhem_00.gif
Notice how the Jetstream comes down across the Pacific towards the southwest coast of the US and then takes an abrupt turn to the north. Up to now the weather services have been blaming this on the high pressure over the west/southwest but, now there’s low pressure in between the front and the west coast. So, what is really blocking the fronts from coming in? What’s causing the moisture in the atmosphere off the west coast to go directly north to Alaska which, by the way, was just declared a “disaster area” because of the unusual warm weather up there for this time of year too?

When I looked up how HAARP technology can be used I found out that it doesn’t only heat the ionosphere. It bounces its radiated electrical energy off of the ionosphere to any point on the earth. Heating of northern polar regions to melt sea ice and permafrost ground to get at natural resources is one possible use of this technology. Right now various interests in various nations are moving to secure their portion of the vast natural resources that exist in the Artic regions. Is it possible that the recent warming of Alaska and the unusually warm summers the last 2 or 3 years are related to this? The proposed pipeline from Canada down into the US would be much easier to construct and the opening up of the Artic to less costly methods of oil and natural gas exploration would save the companies doing this lots of money. With the melting of the sea ice in the northern latitudes new shipping lanes from North Atlantic oil and natural gas producing areas, such as the North Sea, and other newly opened areas, will be opened up, thereby reducing the costs of shipping various natural resources to northern ports, such as crude oil off loading terminals located in Alaska and Canada. I’m not speculating on this either because I saw a news report on CSPAN in which this was openly discussed! Not trying to be funny here, but this is but the tip of the iceberg when it comes to how HAARP technology, and other technologies like it, can be, and I believe, are being used for. What do you think?
It appears that the Jetstream is being directed, and it appears that weather fronts that usually storm in from the Pacific Ocean to provide water and snow to the west coast of the US are being BLOCKED. If this is so, who would want to do this and why? Certainly, in the patents related to HAARP, it was written that one of the things it could be used for was to modify the weather, as well as heat the ionosphere, or bounce radiated energy off of the ionosphere for a variety of purposes. It has been postulated that manipulating the weather is a means of conducting modern warfare. It has also been shown that there are numerous HAARP and similar type facilities located all over the world, not just in Alaska. This then begs the question, since it is a fact that these facilities have been constructed on nearly every continent on earth, is it possible that these facilities are being used to cause earthquakes, or tsunamis, or volcanoes to erupt, or severe droughts, or massive flooding, or super-storms, or super cyclones, in order to reduce the world’s population to a more “manageable” or “sustainable” level?

Am beginning to learn about how the “elite” plan to reduce the world’s population to, at first, a “sustainable level” and, then maintain an “optimal level”. Right now, according to published reports, the world cannot sustain its present population of 6 billion plus. A “sustainable level”, according to them, is around 1.5 to 2.0 billion people. The “optimal level” is one in which the population is “in balance” with the availability of natural resources under “normal conditions”, which would be around 1.5 billion people. Directly related to the huge numbers of people on the earth right now is the “standard of living” which, as most people know is going down. The “elites” response is to suggest that the “minimum wage” be increased, and the wealthy are forced to participate in an more “equitable” system of economics but, one that would still keep them on top of the pyramid. The way the “elite” see it, in order to increase the standard of living the world’s population must be reduced to a more “sustainable level”. What this means is that the “Ecological Footprint” of nations and the world must be reduced. How might they accomplish this task? As insidious and evil as this may sound to all of us, they have already developed and instituted “policies” and “programs” to do reduce the world’s population. How is this being done, while making it look like its an “act of nature”? I think you and I both now know!
This is much more than a “weather war”!

The weather system coming in from the Pacific is being torn apart! Moisture hits a wall and moves north and south, tearing the system apart.
Look at this infrared image of the Pacific. Its obvious that something is blocking moisture coming in from the Pacific!

Click on the Play Animation box and you’ll notice that the moisture coming in from the Pacific from the southwest to the northeast is evaporating, or dissipating, and moving to the north. Again, the drought is being made worse and worse in CA! Extended 10 day forecast for the Lake Tahoe area shows cloudy Tuesday, PM rain and wind with a high of 53 on Wednesday, and heavy snow on Thursday. The remainder of the forecast is for cold, lows in the teens, and no precipitation. Remains to be seen if this forecast will hold. We’ll see. Standby.
Yesterday, Monday, the 27th of January, I saw what appeared to be “waves” in the upper atmosphere moving from the southwest to the northeast. Theses “waves” went from horizon to horizon. There were several wide “trails” just below these “waves” that went in the same direction as the “waves”. Have never seen “trails” going in this direction as commercial flights usually go north/south or east/west or vice versa. Have seen this type of “wave” in other places on a few occasions though. Have to say they are being generated by something (HAARP or similar facilities) as they are NOT NATURALLY OCCURING!
