Sky Trumpets Phoenix Arizona Strange Loud Sky Frequencies ELF Waves: HAARP (Video)

(N.Morgan) Very strange and unnatural humming noises were heard in Phoenix Arizona, as we’ve seen reported in other parts of the country. The residents there are perplexed by what these sounds and frequencies could be. Most of us who are awake say this is HAARP or ELF. ELF is a high tech weapon abbreviated for Extreme Low Frequency signals which mimic natural brain waves. It is not only used to brainwash and control people, it’s used to physically attack them as well. In a previous article, I discussed how this technology could be used to make people believe they were hearing the voice of God. In my research of these noise events, I have wondered if it is HAARP frequencies bouncing off mountains or high ridges.

Here’s what UFOtube.org had to say about this particular event: These sounds occur daily during low traffic hours. When most people are sleeping. Not me, I hear these sounds from inside my apartment while awake during certain hours of the night and early morning. These sounds have been happening the same way FOR YEARS.
