Marine Corps: Plan To Populate Humanity With Mars Elite DNA Colony? (Video)
(N.Morgan) A US Army marine has come forward with quite a tale about the government’s plans to repopulate Earth with Mars elite DNA. Could the Elite have such a scheme in the works? According to this whistle blower, US Marine Capt. Randy A. Cramer, Special Section (SS), it is a lot more diabolical than that. US Marine Capt. Randy A. Cramer, Special Section (SS) is an active duty Marine officer deployed within the civilian population of the United States pursuant to Article 21 of Emergency Marine Corps Regulations. Under authorization from the U.S. Marine Corps chain of command, Capt. Cramer is speaking out against US government policies, a secret gene-pool colony on Mars, the depopulation plans of what he calls the Breakaway civilization of the military industrial complex.
Unless the green, advanced technologies now sequestered by the Breakaway civilization are released for Earth’s public good, Capt. Cramer says the Breakaway civilization intends to eliminate Earth’s current surface-dwelling humans and replace them with humans that are now part of a secret Mars colony selected for its preferred gene pool and elite status. As Capt. Cramer states on his website, “DO NOT RELY ON THE OFFICIAL APPARATUS OF STATE TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH AT THIS TIME! They’re interest is not in your survival, it is in reducing your numbers.”
Article 21: When the US Marine Corps can warn the public the US government is no longer functioning. Capt. Randy Cramer states he is speaking out in this NewsInsideOut.com interview under authorization of a secret mechanism established by U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower to warn American citizens in the event their government was compromised and in danger of failing them or being overtaken. Article 21 of secret Marine Corps regulations authorizes the US Marine chain of command to deploy a U.S. Marine as a civilian to speak out publicly against the actions of the U.S. government when either of two conditions is reached:
Less that 50% of the constitutional guarantees of the US government are in place because of the actions of an extraterrestrial race; or Less than 75% of the operating functions of the US government are no longer being carried out; Under either of these conditions, the U.S. Marine chain of command can invoke Article 21 and deploy a U.S. Marine in the form of Capt. Randy A. Cramer to warn the public as to steps it should take so that the American people and its nation can survive. There has been an official determination that one or both of these conditions have been met now.

“Starship Troopers takes place in the midst of an interstellar war between the Terran Federation of Earth and the Arachnids (referred to as “The Bugs”) of Klendathu. It is narrated as a series of flashbacks by Juan Rico, and is one of just a few Heinlein novels set out in this fashion.[15] The novel opens with Rico aboard the corvette Rodger Young (named after Medal of Honor recipient Rodger Wilton Young), serving with the platoon known as “Rasczak’s Roughnecks” (named after the platoon leader, Lieutenant Rasczak). “Rasczak’s Roughnecks” are about to embark on a raid against a colony inhabited by “Skinnies”, allies of the Arachnids. We learn that he is a ‘cap [capsule] trooper’ in the Terran Federation’s Mobile Infantry. The raid itself, one of the few instances of actual combat in the novel, is relatively brief: the Roughnecks land on the planet, destroy their targets, and retreat, suffering a single casualty in the process (Dizzy Flores, who dies in the retrieval boat).
The story then flashes back to Rico’s graduation from high school, and his decision to sign up for Federal Service over the objections of his father, who disowns him. This is the only chapter that describes Rico’s civilian life, and most of it is spent on the monologues of two people: retired Lieutenant Colonel Jean V. Dubois, Rico’s school instructor in “History and Moral Philosophy”; and Fleet Sergeant Ho, a disabled recruiter for the armed forces of the Terran Federation.”
No way I will waste hours of my life on that video after reading the summary. What a rescue plan Ike has put into place, allow one marine to tell a story. I feel much safer now.

Yeah, being retired Marine Corps, the trash about ‘U.S. Army marine’ got me to laughing (someone should go after him for ‘stolen valor’ charges).
Then, this ‘Special Section’ junk. I swear, if I hear that trash one more time. Seriously, people, the most ‘special section’ the Marines have are those who either do 8th I&I for White House duty, or those with Top Secret clearances to do ‘special bunker’ service. I did 30-days on ‘special guard’ service a few decades ago, and there is NOTHING hokey about it like this.
Secondly, you can’t be some rag-tag Captain and have any awareness of ‘special projects’ that you could actually speak on with any knowledge. Top end compartmentalization is a function of rank, so something THIS ‘hush-hush’ would start with a General (maybe a Brigadier or Major General), and someone as low as a Lieutenant Colonel MIGHT have enough information to speak to the lowest features of the overall PROJECT.
The reason everyone wants to ‘come clean’ as a private, sergeant, etc. is that they are DREAMING to start with, but low ranks are hard to verify in special project applications. If you notice, no one EVER SEEMS to describe their command structure when ‘coming clean’. That’s because they don’t KNOW their command structure, because they are making it up. I was NEVER in a command that I didn’t know my command structure, all the way to the Commandant of the Marine Corps, and I worked SEVERAL ‘special events’. If you put me in front of a Congressional Inquiry, you better BELIEVE I am going to tell them who in my command gave me orders, what command I reported to, and what 1-star or higher General was at the top of my understanding of my command structure.
Sorry, guys, but if it sounds too ‘Hollywood’ to believe, it most-likely is. This is one of those times.
I’m a soldier, and you can’t call this man a U.S. Army Marine. Marines have marines, army has soldiers. I don’t buy his story for two reasons. First, the stuff he says is part true. There is project camalot but I doubt the parts he says about walking around in mars and doing stuff is true. Plus, he says the marines plan to replace humans with elite hybrids. From what I’ve heard, I heard the NWO/Illuminati who works with the aliens underground want to depopulate the planet and only allow a select few to live. And also, aliens, as far as I’m concerned are demons from the spirit realm controlled by satan. their agenda is to repopulate with their kind as in the days of Noah. They are teaching people all kinds of crazy demonic stuff. I’ve read enough alien/demon stories over the years from others like Thomas Costello and Phil Sneider and Bill Cooper and none of them mention this. By the way, Phil and Bill were both Christians, all three of these guys were whistleblowers and they wound up dead, but this guy lives? no thanks
