  Zecharia Sitchin, in his many books, claimed to be able to accurately translate ancient Sumerian texts. The version of historical events touted by Zecharia Sitchin, according to this episode’s guest, was based on his subjective interpretations of Sumerian history obtained from many different sources, which involved both the primary need to understand and translate cuneiform texts.
