The energy will peak in 2023 as a transition phase in the Sun allows for maximum interstellar particles to interact with maximum solar particles. This creates even more extreme UV and gamma than there is now.

One of their solutions appears to be depopulation in order to decrease social program costs by trillions of dollars, to minimize the sheer number of people who stand in opposition.  To decrease competition for food and water. To seize control of all farmland. To usher in a new global currency, ie.,  global reset.

Claiming animal pandemics to cull livestock including fish, chicken, turkey, cows, and pork. Even deer farms are being culled as we speak.
