US government open on a handshake?

What? The worlds largest government is open on a handshake?

 

Have they forgotten about the law, they were touting, that the government

would shut down if the budget wasn’t passed by midnight.

 

How is shaking hands on a budget, making it law.

Where’s the house vote, senate vote, presidential

signature?

 

And they’re saying they basically decided to extend it until

next week so they could work on the budget.

 

So, if they did another CR (continuing resolution), where’s

the text, vote, and signature.

 

Anyone else find this unsettling. Only dictators put

laws into effect on a handshake.
