Where Is The Legal Justice For People Of A Lesser Class, Color

The Trayvon Martin tragedy has put a spot light on this law (Stand Your Ground)

This law was introduced by Jed Bush 2005 and let’s not forget why most Republicans support this bill it’s clearly because of the NRA wanting all people to be able to carry a gun knowing it’s the worst possible thing for this country with the violence at its highest in many decades. Even with our patriot act bill now has been in place since 9/11 its clear this bill has been turned around against the American citizens, taking away our 1^st amendment rights but yet keeping in place the 2^nd amendment as our politicians in the Republican Party feel in the most important amendment of power to be able to carry a gun out in the open instead of having your civil rights freedom of speech.

To me this is more like were all under investigation when out in the public eyes at any time we could be asked for our papers please, but again if your anything but Latino, black or of any person looking different than pure white of wealth living in a social environment of class you don’t get asked for anything nor will you get shot at with a hoodie on.

This law takes us back to before blacks had voting rights when they were lynched where there were the men in white cloths with hoods called the KKK just took law into their own hands killed black men women and used any reason to do this, knowing they law was on their side, never would they sever any time in jail.

With this law known as the Stand Your Ground passed in 2005 or Shoot First law has been very controversial since it has been passed but because again of the NRA & our Republicans who get many donations into their campaign from this origination this law still stand as is killing many innocent without justice of jail time for the shooter nor is there ever a real investigation.

We have the Christian Science Monitors reports that law gets rid of an English Law concept of “duty to retreat “in other words giving anyone the right to commit a crime stay in a situation that is dangerous or not but could create a situation of choice by progression of staking a civilian without cause. In fact there were other murders in Fl. Last year at least twice a week on an average someone was committing murder claiming self-defenses.

Clearly this is against people of color and yes without wealth it discriminates against anyone that doesn’t fit a profile of the Republicans view of what children or adults should look like, knowing they are of hate of any type of people in color and even religions.

My question is where is the justice for people of color or different religions and even the poor without wealth? Why are we preyed upon as the hunted in a forest jungle perhaps since we don’t have that social club to hang out at where we would be considered in a safe environment?

We are in the 21^st century with all that is going on in this election primary you’d think we were back in the 40’s and yes even early 50’s without any rights according to our constitution. Where blacks were at the back of the bus had their own water fountain, where women had no voice in politics they were stay at home moms.

As I listen to the candidate’s words voices it frightens me like my worst nightmare possible knowing they would enact more laws as this one now Stand Your Ground. With taking away more of our civil rights of freedom as what our constitution have given us but as they re-write all words laws without our voices as American Citizens were losing our freedoms.

There have been many other cases such as Trayvon Martin’s in fact the FBI show around 278 murders in about 15years since this bill has been enforced allowing a citizen to become a vigilante/ watch dog policeman even if with a criminal record of their own it seems as Zimmerman does have plus allowed to carry a legal gun at all time in public.

The law’s effect on crime rates is disputed between supporters and critics of the law. Florida state representative Dennis Baxley notes that crime rates in Florida dropped significantly between 2005, when the law was passed, and 2012. But the crime rates had been continuously falling since before 2000 and the stand your ground law did not accelerate this drop in crime.

Critics, however, disagree with Baxley. In a 2007 National District Attorneys Association symposium, numerous concerns were voiced that the law could increase crime. This included criminals using the law as a defense for their crimes, more people carrying guns, and that people would not feel safe if they felt that anyone could use deadly force in a conflict. The report also noticed that the misinterpretation of clues could result in use of deadly force when there was, in fact, no danger. The report specifically notes that racial and ethnic minorities would be at greater risk due to negative stereotypes and let not forget how much negative profiling with discrimination we get from the Republican Party every time they speak of people with color or in need of a safety net.

Our laws need to be voted on by the people of the people for the people not by our politicians or the NRA this is what makes the United State of America a Democracy, which we see to be losing the sense of what our Statue of Liberty stood for as well.

We’ve become more a police state with the government putting policies in place without our voices which are laws that go against our civil rights taking us backward into an area that is criminal against what we have achieved over the past decades for every American no matter your color creed religion or status in life.

This election is very important we need to voice our opinions our rights start to take back our country as a whole Democracy stop this insanity of discriminating against people of every color religion or people in need.

Let’s band together undo the unlawful laws as this one Stand Your Ground , let begin to bring the people together as one united .

WE THE PEOPLE OF THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE HAVE TO COME TOGETHER AS ONE STOP THIS INSANITY THE LAWS THAT GO AGAINST EVERY CIVIL RIGHT OF OUR CONSTITUTION TAKE BACK OUR FREEDOM STOP THE KILLINGS OF INNOCENT CHILDREN PEOPLE OF COLOR WE WONT STOP TILL WE PERVIAL
