Limbo Limbo How Low Will They go (Darrell Issa & Cronies)

Darrell Issa with the help of all Republicans in Congress are in a political coo, knowing this they are trying to again take focus off of real issues by trying to highlight an investigation that Eric Holder wasn’t even part of until after 2008.

Their main goals as many see it are to be rid of Holder, fire up the base in their party and most important keep the pressure up to suppress the vote that would be going toward the President by using voter Id laws they are trying to put in place.

What some people don’t realize they have the wrong man at the top of this investigation since Issa himself has been involved in criminal acts in the past of burning down a building, stealing a car ETC. how the Republican lives in a glass house but continues to throw stones amazes me always.

This is psycho talk to imply that our President is involved in this cover up when in fact this operation called Wide Receiver began in 2006 under the Bush/Cheney administration, a licensed dealer Mike Detty informed the ATF of suspicious purchase of guns that took place early February in 2006 in Arizona. Then in March this man hired as a confidential informant working with the ATF Tucson office, in the field division, using surveillance equipment they were able to monitor the sales by Detty to straw purchasers.

Our officials were conduction surveillance or were supposed to be keeping track of the guns sales & who’s hands they were going into, there were about 450 guns sold during this operation, which included AR-15s semi-automatic AK-pattern rifles and Colt.38s most of these guns were to be traceable but were lost when moved into Mexico.

Under the Bush/Cheney administration the DOJ made no attempt to make any arrest or indictments for the miss handling of this operation. It wasn’t until President Obama was sworn in that the guns were found that made it into the hands of suspected gun traffickers.

How in hell can Issa put blame on Holder or even claim it’s our President who has planned a major cover up when he pushed for the arrest and indictments of officers who badly botched this operation up with causing the death of a Federal Agent Brian Terry.

It was the Bush administration that led a misguided series of gunrunning schemes that ended up very badly for all involved. Why doesn’t Darrell Issa investigate their administration go after them? Knowing this administration also should be charged with war crimes during their time in office for many things including ousting a CIA Agent Valerie Plame.

There are many things that were left undone which the last administration should have charged with criminal acts with but of course we know such as Scooter Libby, Karl Rove and even Dick Cheney will never see the inside of a hearing that would convict them of any of the crimes they’ve committed against the American people or the ones of innocents in other countries they invaded with horrible lies.

Issa doesn’t truly have a case this is just a way to take focus off of the real facts of how our Congress refuses to pass any type of bills that will help our economics in this country and what about the student loan bill which congress hasn’t even look at or thinking of passing without a deal for more tax cuts for the wealthiest at the top.

Also the Republicans know their running mate that represents their party for this race in our election this year for the next President is a dim wit so what is best to do distract the attention off of him and try to damage the Democratic Party with this circus like theater performance obstructing from the real issues since they have no policy that would be effective for the average 99% in this country.

Eric Holder has turned over all documents that Issa has requested but still he claiming Holder is withholding more of what is requested. In fact going back during the Reagan administration Justice Department agreed with Holder, in the 1980s the Constitution’s separation of powers prevent the kind of document Issa is trying to get from Holder have them open to Congress because of the risk that the legislature could exert pressure or attempt to be used in a prosecution of any criminal action.

Taking me by surprise rep Cantor even believes that Issa is overrating in this hearing looking for a needle in a hay stack more or less trying to confuse an issue that goes back to the time of their own party the Bush/Cheney era.

If we didn’t have such lose gun laws perhaps we would have this problem but we know this won’t ever change because of the NRA which is funded by the Republican Party for their kickbacks and helping in passing all policy of laws they would want into law

Fast and furious was led by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives who would let these weapons walk in this operation it seems or flow into Mexican drug cartels hand, trying to bust up the higher ups in an organization there.

Not a very good idea in my opinion since they weren’t watch closely as all thought. There were roughly about 2000 guns that were lost, and some even turned up at the sight of the U.S. Agent who unfortunately was killed.

All of these gun as I’ve read were to be traceable but for some reason I’m guessing the Bush/Cheney administration didn’t clearly make assurances of this to happen.

If you look at this investigation that Darrell Issa is pushing and trying to hold Eric Holder in contempt isn’t about documents it’s clearly of obstruction justice suppression of our votes being rid of Eric Holder, taking focus off of the incompetence of their own party of not being able to function properly as a whole. They have no intentions of putting forth any program or policy that would help in this country for people of need. In fact Darrell Issa claims for the next 40 weeks he will investigate all of President Obamas executive orders including how he did the stimulus package, knowing they won’t attend to any other bills or go forth passing anything in the house during this year.

Clearly this is the whole picture to take up time to obstruct sabotage everything our President has tried to do during the last 4years in office. Truly this isn’t really about Eric Holder this is a waiting game of passing time hoping to take the eyes off of their party of do nothing without any hope of helping anyone but themselves.

They have gone against what our constitution stands for legally and personally the House of Congress Issa should be brought up on fraudulent charges of obstruction and dismantling proper form in a hearing by using harassment on the Attorney General Eric Holder, and let not forget how Congress has personally said their main goal is to make this President a one term President and won’t pass any bill during this election year just to make damage him further.
