How many more massacres must we see have before our laws change to stop such violence in this country? When I heard the breaking news Friday morning my heart became filled with fear for my own family thinking of my grandson who is 15years old how knowing this would be a movie he’d also want to see.

Then I thought of my son in-law how he also would want to take my daughter with my granddaughter who is only four months old to see this type of movie, FEAR now entered my mind knowing how one person unconscionable terrorist thought out act was taking place.

My eyes filled with tears my heart dropped my 1^st thought was to call my family members making sure all were safe in their homes where such a crime couldn’t affect them.

What is the answer to this horrific type of insanity terror do we now dress our children in tactical gear as the shooter was dressed in protecting him from any type of penetration of bullets entering his body?

Is this the new world for our children when they play in the parks or walking to school or as the people wanting to just see a new movie that was released in Aurora Colorado?

Even as this shooting was being enacted in this movie theater in Chicago there were two boys being fired upon one died, and in every other state we know that at least there are two gang member being murdered every day because of guns.

Children are hit with flying bullets that have nothing to do with the crimes that have been committed there just in a playground in the way of these heinous crimes.

Knowing how easy it is to purchase ammunition, magazines even yes guns over the internet where it is legal to buy and sell without any type of a back ground check of a person’s mental status or even if a person has a criminal record.

The one weapon called the AR-15 was banned at one point during the Bush administration but was never renewed nor has President Obama visited this law or enforce it again, while knowing this type of weapon is of military/ policemen/women use. Why on earth would we have this weapon being sold to average citizens whom aren’t of either the military or of the police force?

With every tragedy as this massacre we become more aware that our gun laws aren’t strict enough it brings light on this topic for the moment then the shade goes down till the next horrific scene of blood shed of our innocent.

Governor Romney and President Obama said this is a time for pray not a day about politics but when in fact it is more a day for talking about the politics of the NRA preventing the next gun from being sold over any boarder.

While Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper dodged a question Sunday about whether he should revisit the state’s gun laws in the wake of Friday’s mass shooting in Aurora he will use the 2^nd amendment I’m sure because we all know that the NRA backs most of our political campaigns and has introduced our gun laws such as (Stand Your Ground) which is lethally giving all the right to kill in my opinion.

We know that our political parties whether which one you support are all taking donations from the NRA, since they care more about the 2nd amendment than the 1st which is freedom of speech. The NRA was the 22nd top donor of all various interest groups donating $13,373,887 to the federal candidates and yes the political parties since 1989.

Lobbyist spending for year 2000 from most recent data available that I could fine are

1. Guns Owners of America $4,130,000

2. National Rifle Association $1, 150, 00

3. Citizens Committee to Keep and Bear Arms $1, 020, 00

And the list goes on, so you can understand how money is donated to keep the 2nd amendment in our laws and also make news ones that aren’t voted in by the American citizens.

The NRA and NRA-ILA Combined spent $1, 230, 00, & $80,000 of ILA donation went to Harold Volkmer’s lobbying group.

It’s clear that our politicians don’t want to address this topic especially in an election year because needing to avoid any repercussions from donors funding their campaign.

In fact the NRA with our political parties believe after this massacre quiets down this won’t be an issue that will need any response to or laws that will be changed.

The NRA will claim that their members are very responsible and most people that are carrying any type of concealed weapons also are of sound mind, knowing they are making a huge amount of money off the sales of all weapons explosives ETC.

Knowing that gun violence that almost 100,000 innocent people are shot in a year, which would make it around 270 people a day and likely to be 87 dead because of statistics showing yes a bullet can and will kill people without tactical body gear as a police person or a military person would be wearing in a stand-off situation and or of crimes such as this were  watching before eyes once again a horrific massacre.

So knowing that our politicians won’t bring up a law to stop this horrific gun transporting into states knowing how easy it is for the NRA and gun manufactory to keep the flow of many types of weapons explosives in our country, it’s time we the people not as Ann Romney said you people, but we the people of the people fix our country stop these mass murders with a law protecting we the people our children.

Another thing that has amazed me is since this man who I won’t say or even write his name won’t give him fame, has been called many things in our news.

Some would say intelligent a loner quite smart in his field of schooling, and even psychotic with a mental disorder, really why is this would you think?

If he had been a Muslim or even Latino how about a person of color what do you think they would have called him this man who has killed twelve innocent people the youngest was a child of six years of age.

Well if he was a Muslim he’d definitely be a terrorist, and if Latino they’d be screaming our immigration laws are too lenient but if it were a person of color they would be say this is why we need voter suppression taking away the civil rights act.

A bit extreme I’d say but the people on the right of the Tea would be insanely going over the edge with this knowing how they discriminate of others, except when it’s a white male with an education and yes Christian.

You will hear many claim gun violence is chronic as a public health issue that has been unaddressed because of the NRA and they would be correct in this assumption.

We now have more guns that kill than cars in every state, look a Zimmerman the poster for the Stand Your Ground Law for the NRA , let’s not forget Congress is owned by the NRA donation go into all of their special projects.

There has been since 1999 the Virginia Tec massacre, Fort Hood Shooting, Columbine Massacre, Gabby Gifford, Norway Massacre, and still we haven’t addressed new laws protecting our American citizens.

If you read the Second Amendment it states clearly “A well-regulated militia being necessary to a free state, the right of people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, so if you’re reading this correctly it would mean you would belong to the National Guard in a military position not anybody for the word MILITIA means exactly that a military of protecting people from terrorist or invasion of another country. It’s not a license to take it upon yourself to kill or carry a gun if you’re not a part of a military or police force that is of protecting our country.

Do we need more guns flowing in and out of every state into the hands of people that knowingly might sell them to another person; we know this happens every day in this country.

It’s harder to buy prescription drugs and or Sudafed decongestion this is a controlled substance so why haven’t we made our gun laws as strict as our medication that any one person can buy over the counter.

What’s wrong with this picture if guns are easier accessible than Sudafed a decongestion?
