The Schizophrenics Around the Reaction of the Supreme Court Ruling

What some people might not remember is that in article III of our United States Constitution there was established the judicial branch of the federal government which both the judicial branch comprises the Supreme court of the United States and lower courts as created by our Congress.

In fact it was left to Congress to decide on the number of justices that would be appointed to sit on this high court. The Judiciary Act of 1789 called for the appointment of 6 justices and as our nation’s boundaries grew Congress added justices to correspond with the number of judicial circuits, so this is how it was decided upon seven in 1807 nine in 1837, and then finally ten in 1863.

However in 1867 the Circuit Judges Act returned the number of justices to 9 where it has stayed since then. We know that ever President has the right to appoint a justice when there is a place for one, they nominate candidates who share same ideological view but justice decisions can end up being quite the opposite of what the sitting Presidents is. Also since there is no constitution regulations or qualifications for service as a justice our President may chose whom he desires subject to Senate confirmation.

With all the rumbas over the ruling by Chief Justice Roberts with the Affordable Healthcare Act, some claiming there were leaks of this decision made as a last moment thought, even some thinking it was a law clerk who was leaking information out of the court, and other might claim it was a wife of one of the Justices, whatever the course of this leak shouldn’t be the topic at this time in place we know now this healthcare bill is Constitutional.

It would be suicidal for a law clerk to chance this type of leak knowing he could be found out where it could also ruin his career for future advancement.

This healthcare bill now saves lives in fact before this bill a person dies every twenty minutes without healthcare, or because they were denied health insurance from pre-existing conditions.

This Affordable Care Act will put one million people now with medical insurance in New York alone; knowing there are about seven red Republican states Governors that will deny the people this healthcare because of their hatred for our President nothing more.

As I listen to Governor Jindal compare Mardi Gras to Healthcare when there is no comparison to saving a person life to a huge drunken party, as he will turn down any funds that come with this healthcare bill for the people in his state I’m guessing human life is not worth having medical insurance since the lesser class of people as the 99% are expendable casualties to him.

After this ruling from the Supreme Court the rhetoric has sounded more like the republicans regurgitating after eating bad shell fish. They keep re-iterating that same old song REPEAL DENY THE POOR COVERAGE OUT OF SPITE.

In fact all Republicans are gathering to denounce this healthcare bill as if the Supreme Court ruling never came down as constitutional and disregarding the law of our Justices in the highest Court that our Congress according to article III has established this branch of the federal government.

Knowing that if they take away healthcare that now is constitutional by our Supreme Court it will leave more than thirty million without medical coverage, which would include our children, seniors, veterans, and so on.

This is to distract from the real issues of course knowing they have no plan to replace this healthcare bill with or any policy to put forth that would help the economics in our country.

Romney has already put this same bill in his state of Massachusetts but now will say he wouldn’t recommend it for a nation as in every state I’d say that is hypocrisy bull, just rhetoric knowing this healthcare bill will work once it’s fully phased in.

I believe part of the problem with the Republicans is that this bill will prevent insurance companies from raising people’s premiums without government approval and will also prevent them from making money off of the middle class poor sick and we needed this implemented long ago.

How could Republican governors be so dead set to reject what would be basically free money that would save more people in their own state? Our federal government will be picking up 100%of the state’s Medicaid expansion tab for the early years, and then declining to 90% after you’d think no matter what party you represent you red, blue there would be humanitarian thought for all people since the Republicans are always throwing religion into this campaign.

Is there a hidden tax or penalty well some would say yes but it would be only a few at the 1%level since this Affordable Healthcare Act will cover everyone as a universal healthcare bill.

You hear Eric Cantor Paul Ryan talk of a patient center in their plan for healthcare when in fact there is no such agenda in place that would be as what our President Obama has now made by our Supreme Court constitutional. When I hear this type of talk from the other side of the fence they sound as the Kool-Aid people you know a child without thought any inelegance, brain dead.

Now what is really scary when you hear our Republicans claiming healthcare doesn’t create jobs in fact they claim it will kill jobs growth, this is nothing but insane rhetoric. When you have more people insured you’ll need more of office help with records computer work, filing of claims now that we have people with healthcare insurance.

For the past years while trying to destroy what our President has put into law our healthcare bill our Republicans now feel it’s more important now to take a vote this month yes July to repeal something that is already in law. Knowing they can’t or won’t get 60 seats in the senate to repeal anything.

So now they feel it is critical to raise as much money to have Mittens elected with all the super pacs Citizens United, Cross Roads ETC, to defeat our sitting President, I say good-luck with that knowing how Romney has about as much chance as becoming President as I would in winning the lottery.

With hiding his money in overseas accounts to means he is hiding a life of lies not worthy or honest to be in our peoples White House as our President.

When the Supreme Court ruled yes that this healthcare act was constitutional the doctors for the 99% march from Zuccotti Park to St. Vincent’s Hospital in NYC demanding it reopen the healthcare facility that has been closed do to lack of funds to help the poor without medical insurance.

Sometimes our media puts the wrong spin on our breaking news as all got this wrong the day the ruling was read, except the New York Times, I think it’s time to put this topic to bed let it sleep stop bringing up the dead topic of tax penalty what does it matter, since now people can see a doctor when they become ill.

The other good news from this healthcare bill is now the insurance companies have to spend 85cents out of every dollar they take in on actual reimbursement for our health care not on profit or administrative costs. What a difference a day can make in a life of big corp. that has been screwing the people for so many years.

I remember seeing Michael Moore movie called Sicko and every part was fact truth in this documentary that he made how our upper class big insurance companies were screwing the everyday people. So I’m assuming Mr. Moore right now is feeling pretty good about himself with this ruling for actually healthcare reform for the people in this country.

We now that Mitch McConnell doesn’t believe the issue is about healthcare when asked pushed for an answer why he is so against this Affordable Healthcare Act Bill, at least he is being honest when knowing all the Republicans want is to destroy President Obama not have their names attached to any bi-partition bills or compromises but to take down one man even if doing this destroy the entire nation a country with the people this is their main concern goal.

The good news is we the people have a victory now because of our Great President Obama and if he is re-elected there will be more victories to come be sure of this for our goal should be to stand united with our President fighting for our rights according to our Constitution.

Let’s not let large amounts of money take away our vote voices our new Affordable Healthcare Act because if the Republicans have their way win steal our vote with Citizens United Cross Roads Karl Rove Trump, we then lose what VICTORY we just have gained.

In fact we will lose lots more than just a newly formed healthcare bill constitutionally but the safety net we need so dearly that provides help to so many in our country.
