How The Elderly & Innocent People Are Being Scammed Just Waiting To Exhale

What your about to read is a very true story not fictional, this couple has been through the ringer put through hell and yes almost scammed by people because of their age being in a health crises without proper drug coverage in their elder years.

Nor did they have a retirement plan stocks, bonds 401k they lived week to week after the husband became extremely ill was forced out of a job of 40years with no severance package.

As you read this you will see they have hit rock bottom looking for answers help and what they ran into was just another scam of people trying to take advantage of their situation of a serious medical financial crises they were in.

Since this is my 4th email now to you and your filter readers I thought I’d mention also that for a couple living together married we’ve been told if you make over $800.00 between the two of you that would mean you’re not entitled to Medicaid unless you give your Social Security over to this so called poold trust, which I can’t believe anyone could live on this low income in a country with such inflation such as ours and living in New York.

I will continue to email you knowing no one will ever contact me as prior since it’s been my practice from before to always send my President many emails and yes even faxes but

Sadly for me and my husband it’s as we are wasting our time knowing we have never asked or taken help from our government before all we or I’m asking for is for my husband to be able to have the lifesaving medications he needs. I’m not asking for the medication I need for myself since there not lifesaving meds yes I do need them for my illness I suffer but my husband is all I’m concern with I don’t want him dead and he will die without his medication sooner than expected.

While I agree with most of what you do for the people and yes your Affordable Healthcare Bill I’m in a dilemma as women of 61 years of age with MS and fibromyalgia survived cancer numerous times married over 40 years with a husband who is a veteran and of 73year of age now extremely ill, but yet we can’t seem to afford his or my prescription falling into a donut plan without prescription plan through AARP.

I’m confused to say the least, my husband is extremely ill with serious heart condition and Parkinson’s if he doesn’t have his medication which he is all most out of at this very moment and out of one of them now he will die.

He does have a defibulator pass maker also which passes his heart among other problems. We have now gone over what is the aloud amount of what our drug plan provides so now we must pay 86% of the actual cost , which most of them do cost upwards of $600.00 in the genetic form.

We are not sure as what to do since without his medication he will either die or end up in a hospital either or the end result won’t be good. And for me well my medications are also important but not as my husband being life saving for him.

Our income is only of social security his is $1967 and mine for being disable is $287.00 a month we had to cancel our secondary because we couldn’t afford the high premium every month our drug plan from AARP was for my husband $41.80 and myself was $38.66 a month this we thought would cover our drugs for the year seeing as we are paying every month.

Our monthly bills average out to $2158. 00 every month without food ETC, so you can see our need for help but we haven’t received or even asked until now, not knowing anything about this poold trust or a fee for getting Medicaid I’m a bit Leary of many thing only know my husband needs his medications more than anything else in our life right now.

Our bills equal $2,158.00 a month as I’ve already said our income isn’t very much on a fixed income, as our rent alone is $1,200 a month and $50.00 plus just for a parking space plus our other bills. My husband with his serious heart condition need air condition in this heat humidity so my electric was just this month $207.plus most of this was for delivery charges, which in my opinion a scam on the consumer.

My husband has been thrown under the bus fired from his job over medical reasons now losing his dignity because of his health not able to afford his medication provide for not only himself but me his wife in the way any man would want with humanity dignity.

How dare our government disgrace our veterans our Americans citizens in such a disgraceful way when working all their life paying into the federal government taxes and now being an elder they lose their dignity with equality also, yes if we want Medicaid this poold trust pays some of our bills or so they say but not all so we can put up tent in a park I guess but have medications?

We have already lost our home in foreclosure had to sell some of our furnishings just to move what is next for us and the rest of the people I just want to know how we will survive or live?
