Martial Law Requested To Restore Hawaiian Nation Are the People of Hawaii Being Duped?
On August 10th, Hawaiian Kingdom Protest and Demand was filed with United Nations General Assembly against the United States of America and one hundred seventy-two (172) member-States of the United Nations.
If I read paragraph two correctly it is asking to establish martial law.
“2. To ensure that the United States of America establishes a military government, to include tribunals, to administer and enforce the civil and penal laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom pursuant to the 1893 Lili‘uokalani assignment and Article 43 of the 1907 Hague Convention, IV,”
Maybe it is just me but it makes no sense to ask your oppressor to establish the most oppressive measures possible, martial law, to set you free. I fear that the Hawaiian people may be being duped into supporting something more sinister than what they have been told.

yes they are doing the right thing. i personally have done my own research (years) on this subject. I have been there, heard from the natives, researched international, Hawaiian, and u.s. law (codes, statutes) . admiralty law, maritime law, papal law, u name it.

Never trust anything at face value. The extent to which the establishment has its tentacles around every aspect of this system (to include any perceived opposition), would probably surprise us all. You should never underestimate your foe. I’m not saying that this particular issue is calling for martial law, only that we must use our critical self thinking skills and question everything. Never trust anything unless it is proven to be true, regardless of whether that proof is feasible or not.
