Since Mr. Obama couldn't force Congress to approve his "cyber security" internet control bill, he is simply going to ignore the entire legislative branch, and grant himself sweeping, unconstitutional, powers over the nation's communications infrastructure.

Conservatives across the country are excited about Mia Love’s campaign for Congress in Utah. Unfortunately, that excitement just hasn’t been able to keep up with the massive inflow of cash from the Democrat Party to her opponent, incumbent Congressman Jim Matheson.

Mia received a nice boost in her fundraising efforts after her wildly popular speech at the Republican National Convention, but it’s always tough to beat an incumbent. Matheson’s campaign still has more than a $1 million fundraising lead on her. That is a huge amount of money in Utah’s Congressional District 4.

She started out 15 points behind, but has recently closed the gap. But, she still faces a massive funding deficit next to Matheson. And he is a candidate with a track record of fooling Republicans into voting for him.

The attacks against Mia Love have become particularly nasty in recent days.

Supposedly “tolerant” liberals are bombarding her with racist hate mail because she is a black conservative woman who refuses to be part of the Democrat Party plantation. They are desperate to hold onto this seat, and they are now attacking Mia, her policies and even her family in television ads.

The Republican Majority Campaign is determined to help Mia win this seat, but we need your assistance.

Jim Matheson is a so-called “Blue Dog Democrat.” These are simply plain old tax-and-spend Democrats that use back-room handshake deals and put on a show to pretend to be somewhat conservative – at least when their re-election is at stake.

Matheson is a Democrat who has won victories over Republicans in a Republican-controlled District by playing both sides of the fence. Since 2001, he’s been fooling the Republican base in his home district to vote for him. He defeated a Republican opponent in that District by 28 points a few years ago; and again, this is a Republican-controlled District.

Here’s how that works. Jim Matheson voted AGAINST Obamacare in 2009. He knew it would pass in the Democrat-controlled House, so he got permission from Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat Party elders to vote that way.

But since then, Obamacare has been up for repeal in the House multiple times. He’s voted against REPEALING Obamacare every time.

Jim Matheson suckers Republicans into voting for him by claiming he voted against Obamacare. But when it really matters, he sides with the Democrats every time.

He voted to make Nancy Pelosi the Speaker of the House and was the only member of Utah’s Congressional delegation to vote for Obama’s wasteful $800 billion stimulus.

We can’t let Republicans in this District be suckered by Jim Matheson any longer.
