Interesting concept, but I doubt it is in production. Batteries have not advanced enough to power something like this for very long. I’d say that the battery would die out in less than five minutes or that it wouldn’t be able to supply enough power for the micro chip (w/GPS), wing motors, leg-joint servos, a camera and a powered syringe. Neat idea, but this article is all hype.

This may be good “theory”, but who will drive it and how would they “pay attention” at the critical moments?
